John’s place was the perfect base for us to explore the beautiful Côte d'Azur. It is away from the main hustle and bustle of the city (approximately 10 minutes by foot from Port Lympia) but served well by public buses. The highlight of the apartment is the good sized balcony, which has the most stunning views. We ate on the balcony every evening watching the sunset. The swimming pool was another highlight - it’s a good size, the water temperature was just right and again it has great views. The apartment was extremely well-equipped and, with a large supermarket just 10 minutes away by foot, it made eating at home very easy. John is a brilliant host. Upon booking, he makes sure the apartment is right for you and is very helpful with suggestions for day trips and eating out. During our 7 day stay, we visited Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Eze, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Monaco, Menton and Antibes but always returned home for a late afternoon swim in the pool to cool off.

We were very comfortable here and appreciated the location and the order and cleanliness of the apartment. We slept well in the quiet neighbourhood and the comfortable beds! The hosts were generous with supplies, which made life easy for us. a really good one.

The apartment is very nice, very well cared for and with everything and more. The furniture is brand new and with lots of details that make your stay comfortable. Located in a beautiful building equipped with an elevator and reserved parking space. The sea view is beautiful and definitely represents its best feature. Being a close-up, with the windows open you can hear a little the noise of the traffic from the street below, but closing the windows the sound insulation is perfect, the breathtaking view of the bay then makes you forgive everything. I thank Sylvie and her daughter for their hospitality.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Great apartment with amazing view. Very clean, modern and equipped with everything you need. A beautiful beach with restaurant is just below. A real little paradise to enjoy in an ideal location. The environment is very peaceful and ideal for rest. I recommend Uber for translation to nearby places. Laura is wonderful and I have all the recommendations for this apartment. Everything went well, the apartment is not very big but well appointed and it is very well located . Amedeo is friendly , he gave us lots of good places and I thank him for accepting that we come on Christmas Eve , if I go back to Sanremo I will be delighted to rent his place again.

Absolutely positive experience! I highly recommend it even just to spend a romantic night. Everything is clean, Emilio is super kind and helpful , a really nice house but what surprised me the most is the hydromassage area complete with everything and more, including a projector to relax and watch a movie. We stayed in the apartment with a large dog. Clean and tidy apartment, just as described in the listing. Claudia is a very helpful and attentive host.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

House in a very quiet area, easily reachable by car and gives you the opportunity to visit many towns on the French Riviera 5 minutes away you can take the train to get around

We really enjoyed our stay in Menton. The apartment was in a really excellent location- right next to the beach and shops/restaurants. We went hiking and cycling in the mountains which are close by.

Very good accommodation ideally located for discovering the surroundings. Communication with Lionel and Vincent was very easy and friendly. The accommodation is clean, quiet and has all the necessary equipment. We would definitely come back to this place for a new stop in Roquebrune!

The apartment was cozy, cozy, and in good condition. Absolutely stunning views. The kitchen was well-equipped. The pool area was neat and luxurious. The condominium's own jogging path, tennis court, gym, and sauna were nice for a sports family. The condominium is very peaceful. We'll be back!
