There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is large with a garden located in the village of Cavi, 100 meters from the very beautiful and quiet beach. Excellent restaurants with typical Ligurian cuisine, fish and pizza are 50 meters from the house. Great village on the coast attached to Sestri Levante to stop and get to know in peace and the possibility to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre 20 minutes away by means of transport.

Manuela’s place is indescribable. Every touch and style choice helped make our stay one of a kind. I have never experienced peace and serenity like I did on Palmaria. There were four of us for a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior furnishings are simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. We used the heating in the evening given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season period. Very responsive and helpful host.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

My sister and I were celebrating our 70 and 69 birthdays respectivelly and we decided to explore the beautiful area of Cinque Terre. Casa "La Caletta" had a breathtaking view that transformed in colors throughout the day. The surroundings are very private with birds singing as if in paradise. Maria Grazie was a wonderful, knowlegable and gracious host. Her father, Ricardo ensured that we had a comfortable experience with his expertise handywork and maintenance of the space. This was an experience of our lifetime enhanced by the arrival and stay of our other two sisters who surprised us on our birthdays. I was disappointed when I arrived in New York and did not have the dream-like view in the morning. Warning: wear comfortable walking shoes and do not bring a lot of luggage. Thank you, Maria and Ricardo for the unforgettable experience. We would return in a second!

We spent the holidays over Christmas and New Year at the apartment. Adriana welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always immediately on hand for any questions or problems. The location of the house is ideal, a nice terrace overlooking the sea and city, maximum 10 minutes walk to the promenade. The outdoor area is completely fenced, and therefore ideal for our dog. This is a most comfortable place from which to explore Cinque Terre. The footpaths are literally on the doorsteps, location extremely central yet still tucked away and peaceful. Lots of great restaurants and bars round the corner —with well equipped kitchen for those wanting to self cater (groceries shop about 2’ walk). The cottage is cosy and comfortable, great shower (your aching muscles will be happy after those steep walks), very good beds. Our host was very welcoming and responsive. A++++!

Maria's appartment was perfect to enjoy our trip to the Cinque Terre. It is near the playa and Monterosso station. There are also two grocery stores nearby and the old town is at less than 10m by foot. Maria was very kind and available to make our stay the most enjoyable. Grazie Mille!

Beautiful apartment on different levels in an old Italian townhouse with small balcony to the sea! We felt very comfortable! Especially the cozy kitchen with the window to the sea was our preferred place to stay. The beds are comfortable and you can sit comfortably on the sofas in the living room. The contact with Tatjana was nice and hassle-free! We will be happy to come back!
