Linda’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great. A quick walk into the adorable town of Glen Ellen. The backyard is gorgeous and the spa pool was a fun perk to enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay, very private and quiet. Great location among the wineries of northern Sonoma County. Kitchen was great, and we enjoyed the fireplace every evening. Thank you!

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

A beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping. One suggestion: two bedrooms must share a bathroom and shower.

Stewart's place way very comfortable. It accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed. Relaxing to lounge in the back, enjoy the pool and hot tub. Easy to find, and in a good location. Stewart also reached out with instructions and welcoming reassure if we needed anything.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Great place! My only disappointment was that we couldn't use the pool because it had flooded a few weeks prior and it hadn't been cleaned out. The pool was one of the reasons I booked this home. It would've been nice to have been told we couldn't use it.

Photos did not do this place justice. The deck was such a nice surprise with so many small moments & touches tucked away to discover. As for the place itself, pitch perfect for a family and absolutely the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in an airbnb rental. I had absolutely zero reason to interact with the host because their directions were so clear, helpful, and concise! After experiencing a string of extremely disappointing rentals, this location was a perfect reminder of airbnb at it's best. Will definitely put this on the short list for return visits!

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The private yard with flowers and flowering bushes was especially delightful. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us which set the tone for our weekend of wine tasting.

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

Very responsive and friendly host. The property was perfect for us with our one mid-size and one very little dog, i.e., fully fenced, large yard, safe, and clean. It was a comfortable home with multiple bedrooms and nice size kitchen and amenities for prepping home cooked meals. We'd absolutely stay there again.

We absolutely loved the home and location. Upon arrival, we went for a walk to take in the beautiful ocean view and hear the sounds of the waves crashing. We then walked a few minutes to a great seafood restaurant that had wonderful food. The local Safeway delivered groceries and we had a fun night in. The ocean view from the home is amazing! We were visited by deer and our party, which included all ages, had the most wonderful time. The hosts were very welcoming, responsive, and provided a beautiful, fun space. We had the most amazing time and hope to return soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a mixed group of 8 people, ages 1 year to 82 years old. The place was very warm and welcoming, the surrounding area was beautiful. I am always in heaven when surrounded by redwoods. The price was very reasonable for the amount of space, especially for 8 people.

This home is the most incredible place I’ve ever stayed! It’s right on the bluff, crashing waves, privacy and everything you could need in a home. It’s worth every ounce of the cost and is as unique as a home can be. The owners are helpful, available and have everything you could need in the kitchen and home. Hope I get to go back!

We had a great time at the Villa and would highly recommend it. The hosts gave lots of helpful advice and were available whenever I had a question. They were very generous hosts, proactively offering us early check-in and providing a home that was full of everything we needed, such as lots of towels and robes, blankets and pillows. The house is an easy walk to river access or downtown Guerneville, in a quiet wooded setting without traffic or neighbor noise. House amenities like the hot tub and grill were top quality. The river was too high for us to use them, but the house also came with a very impressive number of kayaks, canoes and paddles. It was great for a Misty spring retreat, but would be an amazing summer spot too!

A peaceful spot, yet also geared for a child or two if your group includes children: there was a play structure and a playhouse that our almost 3 year old adored. Plenty of space to gather for long conversations or for time alone to read and rest. The nearby beaches were easy to get to from the house: Shell Beach, Heart's Desire Beach and Chicken Ranch Beach. We only had 5 days and 4 nights at the house, but we all felt refreshed at the end of our stay. Belinda, the host, was responsive to all of our questions when we arrived. Once at the house, it's pretty easy to be there: a well stocked kitchen with ample condiments and spices, and a large open space living room/dining room to hang out, and an expansive deck with a couch to gather with your group and talk into the evening or just look up at the stars.

Home was so private and serene. Being in the redwood trees was really magical. Very comfortable home with all the amenities you would need. Also close to the beach and to the small town. Had a wonderful stay and really looking forward to coming back soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Dave’s beautiful home. There was plenty of room for the six of us, and it was exactly as described . The kitchen is very well stocked and made cooking for a group very easy. The outdoor space was very peaceful and relaxing. Finally the home is very centrally located to a number of amazing restaurants and wineries.

Came over for the won bass tournament on Clearlake . Angelo was very accommodating as I needed to add an additional day last minute. Boat parking was easy around back of the home in the orchard however not ideal on the main road if your wanting to leave your gear in boat . The guest house parking would be nice for one boat . Overall home was nice , view was pretty and the mercantile down the road was a nice place for a snack and glass of wine 🍷 .

Fantastic! Hot tub, pool, river access - what more do you need? The house was well equipped for bigger groups. Kitchen was decent for cooking group meals. Great grill too. River access is a 1 min walk across the road. We saw turtles and a mink on the river

My family and our friends had a great stay at this place- neat, clean and quiet! The house is well maintained, clean and kids friendly. We felt safe and can get good rest at night. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for having us.

Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting wineries in Sonoma and Napa! The place felt like home and was very well appointed with everything we needed. We brought our 1 year old son along and they had many baby items we were able to use and it was easy to keep the main living area pretty baby safe for a kiddo on the move. Location was great, quiet neighborhood but still close to many wineries and downtown Sonoma. Just be aware of strict noise policy at nighttime so don’t plan to use the hot tub/fire pit super late at night. Overall was a great stay and would stay again if we come back!
