Greg's place was exactly as advertised in his listing with no surprises. A small, comfortable space with all the necessary amenities for a longer-term stay -- laundry, stove/oven, dishwasher, TV with a Fire stick -- it was the perfect home away from home. Greg is incredibly responsive and friendly, and he was quick to reply the few times I needed to reach out with questions.

Great underground studio in an up-and-coming neighborhood. +: Streetcar station nearby; Has everything you need, from kitchen equipments to the tv with a google tv account; Very communicative and helpful host; Very clean. -: Construction works nearby, causing disruptive noises in the morning; No parking on the premises; Not the safest place at night.

Great place if your goal is to explore the DC area. Cozy with all of the amenities. Short uber ride to all of the DC monuments and sites! Very short walk to grocery stores, and public transport. Very responsive host, ready with recommendations, and suggestions!! Five stars all the way!
