beautiful place right on the canal! easy and walkable location, and amazing hosts! karin and douwe were so sweet and included so many helpful instructions for getting to and from the room! fridge with snacks and so many movies! amazing!!

We had a lovely stay at Karin's houseboat. The accommodation is comfortable and we had everything we needed for our short stay. Karin left us some milk, tea bags, coffee and breakfast ingredients which was very welcome. There was plenty of hot water in the shower and the heating was fine. There is a shortish walk to the bus or tram and a slightly longer walk (15 mins) to the metro. We found the public transport system excellent and the journey into the city centre did not take long.

had a great time at kim’s place and kim is such a lovely host she helped us with a virtual check in she also understood our check in would’ve been later due to our flight. we loved our time at kim’s apartment and we wish we could’ve stayed longer!! thanks again for making the trip comfortable for us. Monique met us when we arrived at the apartment and showed us the amenities and provided recommendations of restaurants and activities. She is a lovely person and we are so grateful she shared her apartment. The location was amazing, close to everything and yet not touristy. The farmers market was just around the corner and so many great little places tucked away. We felt like locals and embraced the culture. It was my first time in Amsterdam and the people, culture, shopping, restaurants and “coffee shops” surpassed my expectations as did the apartment. Monique is one of the best hosts I have ever met and highly recommend. She is very thoughtful and really wanted to make our stay was memorable. We truly felt like we were her family. So wonderful and gracious. We are so grateful for her and for her hospitality. Thank you, Monique, for everything.

Anna was very helpful, the house was lovely wr had great time. The only negative is need a car as we spent 3x more on taxis to get around. even the nearest shop was an hour walk across the water. only downside can give.

Beautiful place for holiday! Spacious and furnished house in a quiet holiday location. We especially appreciate the view of the water channel with the large terrace. Possibility of use for water sports and swimming. The house is also adapted for a stay in colder weather. Added value could be an open fireplace in the living room. Excellent transport accessibility by car to Amsterdam or to the nearest P+R parking. Higly recommended as a family!

Really enjoyed staying at Christiens accommodation. Very well equipped. Would not hesitate to stay there again. 5 stars. Christien communicates well and makes it clear she is there to support you if you need help.

Great place! Beautiful place and surroundings . Because of bad weather conditions we did not use the nice Terrasse and the grill … We are thinking to revisit the place in spring or summer time .

The stay was great. José always responded quickly and kindly. The jetty at the reception was very narrow. Otherwise tip top quiet location and a great lake. I highly recommend it.

Delightful Airbnb on a small peaceful farm just outside Amsterdam. The cozy accommodation was spotless and well designed, and our host Albert was very accommodating. Watching the free roaming chickens and happy cows from the bedroom window was a real treat! The public transport was excellent, making it easy to get into central Amsterdam surprisingly quickly. Albert kindly lent us some bicycles making it even easier to get around. This place is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat while still being close to the city. Highly recommend!

Wonderful with the 2 of us (without kids) a weekend getaway. Due to the bikes, we were able to see a lot of Amsterdam. Super convenient. The place was wonderfully quiet after a day of walking through the city center. And the bed, we had preferred to take it home! Super nice sleep! Thank you!

Harm was an excellent host! Really communicative and accommodating. The location is in good proximity to the trams, the Albert Cuyp Market, and De Pijp. Would definitely recommend Harms place for small parties.

Hugo was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive throughout all our communication. Sharing great instructions on how to find the place, confirming what time we would be arriving and recommending local places. He was kind enough to let us into the apartment as soon as we arrived in the morning and we felt he was only a message away should we have needed anything. The apartment is spacious, clean and perfectly positioned to explore what Amsterdam has to offer. It was warm and cosy and had everything we needed (Iron, hairdryer, umbrella, toiletries etc) Checking out was a breeze with Hugo again offering to store our bags whilst we explored more on our last day. We had a great time and hope to be back in the future.

Me and my elderly parents had a great stay here. They were 75 and the stairs were no problem. My mom loved the apartment decorations and the Christmas tree. It was very fun to walk through the park everyday to get to the museums. Joze was a great hostess and helped us with a recommendation for our last day the fabrique des luminaires which was very fun!

Beautiful space in the heart of the Jordaan canal district. The hosts were extremely responsive and the apartment well stocked. Definitely recommend.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, equipped and very well located in a nice quiet area. It is close to all main shops that you may need during your stay. Peter is a wonderful host, very helpful and communicative. It was a great stay! Highly recommend!
