Me and my friends stayed at Emily’s place this weekend and we absolutely loved it! Everything was super clean and the location was perfect. Really close to the town centre and lots of places to eat and drink. Short walk to Alnwick Gardens which we enjoyed too. We’d definitely return if we go back to Alnwick again!

Great place to stay. Warm, comfortable and clean accommodation with everything you need. Situated in a private and peaceful location with easy access to the city centre. Excellent hosts who went very friendly, flexible and attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Chris’s for work was so homely, the house was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well thought out, the beds were very comfortable as was the lounge area. We would definitely use Chris’s again the next time we’re up that way

Castle view was very homely, very clean and tidy and we felt right at home and comfortable as soon as we walked in. Paul left plenty information and instructions. He allowed for a flexible, earlier check in, which was very much appreciated. Paul also drove to the property to welcome us which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay! Plenty of room for an extended family and easy access to the lovely Seahouses and further afield! Would definitely recommend Poppys place for a visit, we are already talking about going back.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and again it was lovely, everything we needed, beautiful views from the kitchen and back garden and only a short walk to the cliff path. The house was warm, clean and very welcoming, thank you.

Had a wonderful stay at the bungalow! It was a beautiful space with everything we needed. Loved the back garden space - very peaceful and great to have tea or coffee in the morning while planning our day. So many options for restaurants & pubs within a short walk, as well as the coast. Elizabeth was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this flat when we took our daughter to Uni. I used to live near Newcastle and am familiar with the surroundings, but I cannot recommend this place enough for location and usability. Secure parking is a bonus too. It was great to be so near the city centre, yet lovely to walk back to a quieter location. K is a fantastic host, really responsive and extremely helpful. We'll definitely return.

Leigh and Colin's house is clean and tidy. They are very helpful with the information on were the house is and how to enter. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely be back.

Lisa’s flat was very comfortable and excellently positioned - a one minute walk to the metro and 3 minutes to the sea front. Lisa was very helpful with amending our booking and checked in to make sure that all was well when we arrived. She had some great suggestions for things to do while we were there, including watching the sun rise on the beach. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place and host! Mark was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Wylam was a lovely cozy town and only 20 minutes from Newcastle. Highly recommend staying here!

We really loved our stay at Marie's place. It was really easy to find and just off the bus route so quick to get to and from the centre of town and other locations. It was warm and clean, stocked with little thoughtful bits like bread and milk, lots of extra bedding if you needed it, towels and more. The rooms were comfy, spacious and full of storage, and at night it was peaceful to sleep in. Marie is an extremely considerate and proactive host. We would definitely stay there again!

Second time we have stayed at Niel's whilst visiting friends and relations in the area and again can say it's a great place to stay. Immaculate and well looked after by a caring and friendly couple. Ideal for getting around without driving, plenty of buses nearby. May not look like a walking area but the walks through paths down to the Tyne and along its banks are great. Would highly recommend the property.

We booked our stay with Tom very last minute. He was able to get us in and helped us with all our questions and needs. Place was a little cold but warmed up the next day. Bed was super comfortable and the unit has everything you need for cooking or warming up food. Spacious room and the living room felt like home. He has an amazing fire starter hot tub. He was gracious to drop us off at the Hexham train station and even brought us some birthday goodies to try. Great local beers!!! Tom was flexible on the time checking out which was stress free and super helpful! We will be back and will tell all our friends about this amazing place.

This is the 3rd visit for us (girly weekend to Newcastle) so I think that is all I need to say. Absolutely spot on. Couldn’t fault a thing.

The space is absolutely gorgeous. Very welcoming, had the heating on for us ready! Everything you would need in the kitchen as well. The beds are really comfortable. convenient with a parking space and loads of good food places nearby. highly recommend

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

Thank you! This was the perfect little bolt hole for a short retreat. All on one level made it very easy for me. Everything I needed was here. It was toasty warm on my cold days here. Comfy bed, great shower, warm towels. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy sofa. Beach very close.

Perfect accommodation and patio garden area . We really enjoyed our stay and the perfectly clean hot tub was an added bonus

A forty min walk to the centre but stops on the way if you want a pub or cafe , lovely location and the flat is spotless , we had five people there and it’s very roomy . An xl uber is 10 pound to the centre . Nice pub for drinks and food underneath the apartment. My sat nav to me to the back of the flat but soon worked out what we had done . Ideal place for exploring Newcastle and a great host , flat is superb We think this will become a yearly booking for us

We four family members had a delightful stay in the Sea Glass Suite from the fabulous view of Roker Pier and the beach to the attractive, spacious accommodation and comfortable beds. We'd love to stay again in future.

I cannot recommend Michael’s apartment enough. My partner, our son and I recently stayed for four nights, and we had the most wonderful stay. The views are breathtaking, especially if you are fortunate enough to catch a clear sunrise! The apartment is well furnished throughout, with fabulous kitchen amenities and even a welcome hamper - this went down a treat after 6.5 hours in the car. The accommodation is quiet, safe and easy to find. We never struggled with parking, and Michael was always responsive if we needed anything from him. You are literally on the doorstop of the beach, and it’s beautiful no matter the weather. There is also a park across the road, which is always handy if you’re staying with children! All in all, we cannot fault our stay. We would recommend this place to all our friends and family, and definitely intend to stay again when we next visit our family in Newcastle.
