A fabulous place! Peaceful and private. The surroundings were stunning and the accommodation was spacious and very special. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym were excellent and very clean and the games room impressive. We had an amazing few days.

Had a great time at the Wisteria Lodge - very clean, hosts were very friendly and was perfect for a quiet getaway from the city. Would recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights in April 2025, 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 13). Fabulous stay, the cottage is lovely and tucked away from the road. The hot tub was a big hit and made the stay that little bit more amazing! Excellent host and a lovely cottage, we will be back.

Really relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Superb decking area and private garden area. Lots of places to visit and the setting is lovely. In fact, met all our expectations and more! Really pleasant stay in sumptuous surroundings. Outstanding host!

We had the most wonderful stay in Bramdean. Neil our host was fantastic, on hand when needed, helpful, polite, but not interfering. The cottage is fabulous; cosy and comfortable. Peaceful and private. The large hot tub was amazing and Neil checked on levels etc to ensure it worked well for the duration of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with store cupboard items such as herbs, spices, oil and there were lots of kitchen utensils which was great for us because we mainly cooked at the property. The bathrooms are fabulous. The whole property is beautifully decorated and as the pictures. We were sad to go as the stay was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The Cottage can be a bit tricky to find but if you use what3words and follow Neil's instructions then it is easy. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back in the near future.

We had such a lovely stay! The house is beautiful as are the surroundings. The log fires hot tub is a fantastic feature! Clare was always super responsive and flexible with our slightly later check out time. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Excellent holiday cottage set in idyllic surroundings, each facillity Within the cottage were as described and we felt imeediately comfortable! Local restaurants were excellent so much so we eat out all week, so very well satisfied all round My contact at beachy head estate office (evie) was excellent in Handling our enquiries before and during our stwy, so Evie take a bow for a job well done

Lovely little cottage. Really cosy and plenty of space. Great pubs nearby all in walking distance, and some lovely walks too. Great place to take the dogs! Thank you for such a lovely break!

It was such a lovely stay at Lucy and Nick! Everything was perfect and all the family so lovely and welcoming. The cottage, the surroundings, the animals, the region, .. I will come back soon for sure!

We have visited a lot of air bnbs and I have to say this is one of the best. Every small detail that makes a difference is there. One of our friends is a professional chef and he was really impressed with the equipment in the kitchen. The garden is huge and beautifully kept. Coming with two small children the addition of some children’s toys and games was great. Everything is in pristine condition and exceptionally clean. A really exceptional air bnb!

Beautiful stay at Esme's cottage. We stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful area, we saw rabbits and deers in the garden which was fab! The cottage was lovely, cosy and clean. We had a great night sleep in the comfy bed. The shower is amazing too. We will deffo be returning.

Caroline's cottage was so peaceful and beautiful, set in a gorgeous setting. Caroline provided groceries for a cooked breakfast as well as croissants, which was a great touch and saved us the issue of finding local shops etc. It was lovely waking up to bird song. We loved the way Caroline's ducks came to greet us as we set off each day. Thank you Caroline for responding to any enquiries so swiftly too. Your cottage was so cosy and comfortable.

What a great setting for an escape to the country! I already miss waking up with the chickens and pigs to greet me every day. I also saw more wild animals and birds in my walks around here in a week, than I have in years in London. Auriol is a great host, relaxed, knowledgeable and friendly, and the property is exactly as described and shown here. Tips for other travelers: If you’re a light sleeper bring an eye mask and earplugs as it does get sunny in the main bedroom. Looking forward to returning here!

Had a very enjoyable long weekend at Caroline’s cosy and well equipped cottage - it has everything you need to hand and is very well located both for the picturesque village elf wrotham and for the road network. Check in, leaving etc all very professional - just a great place to stay thanks so much

Great little find! Loved the outdoor space where we were able to sit and have food with family. Log burner was lovely in the evening and made it even more cosy. Shower was hot and powerful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will recommend and will definitely book again

We had a lovely stay, everything was clean and as described. The stairs up to the bedroom are steep and a bit of a squeeze so bear this in mind. Debbie was a responsive and helpful host beforehand. I’d recommend this place to stay with the above caveat re the stairs.

It’s honestly the first place we’ve stayed at I Reigate that felt homely and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. The entire place feels warm. Well done David

Booked to stay at Jane’s beautiful cottage for nearly a month, due to a water leak making my home not safe to live in. From the first enquiry, Jane has been amazing, she is so reassuring, friendly, welcoming and proactive. She really helped to ease me in this difficult time. The property is exactly as described on her page and it’s safe to say it is certainly a home from home. It had all the amenities I needed to live as I would at home, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the living room cosy and the garden is gorgeous for when the sun is shining. Plenty of parking for our cars and even more reassurance being behind a private gate too. Even my dog settled into this property quickly and made herself at home! Although I didn’t need them, it was nice to see a selection of local guides, booklets and maps in the cottage for those not familiar with the area. I can’t recommend Jane and her cottage enough, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to stay to anyone visiting the area!

The cottage was a real home from home. Really important for us as we had to stay for two months whilst work was being done on our house. It was warm (essential in January and February), cosy, comfortable and extremely well equipped. John and Jane were thoughtful and helpful. After a very stressful few months we were able to relax and enjoy our extended holiday.
