Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Amberg-Sulzbach

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb while visiting our son, who is stationed at the nearby base. The apartment was in a quiet, charming part of town with plenty to do within walking distance. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to cook meals, including some basic spices like salt and pepper. I recommend checking out the kitchen before doing your grocery shopping, as we ended up with a few duplicate items. A quick tip: the bottom drawer under the oven is where you’ll find cooking utensils like large spoons. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay—we’d definitely book again!

We stayed here for two days and felt very comfortable. For four adults and one baby, the size of the apartment was ideal. There was even a crib provided. Everything was clean and there was everything you could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient: an Edeka and bakery are right outside the door. Downtown is not right around the corner, for us the location was still great because our relatives stayed in the neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and straightforward, all in all really recommended!

We felt extremely comfortable in the very high-quality equipped and well-maintained apartment. Eva could only "add" something to the dishes. The only downside in the otherwise very quiet apartment despite the super-central location was the event location next door, where a party with very loud music took place until late at night on Saturdays. Here, the city should be a little stricter about enforcing quiet hours and noise levels. Nevertheless, we highly recommend the apartment and host Eva.

Good points: Small place (Cozy), quiet inside, clean. A lot of useful things (fridge, dishwasher and washing machine). Bathroom was clean, good water pressure and easy to access. Plenty of parking and easy to enter. I would stay here again. It’s close to plenty of attractions and reasonable priced. The TV also had YouTube and very quick internet :) Bad points: The neighbour hood is still very much under construction. There are lorries parked on the road, hard to see round it. The bed is like a brick (so if you have a back problem, warning) and the cleaning fee is quite pricey for a small location where you have to take the bins out and separate everything.

Thank you Daniela, for being such a great host! The place is small, but very cozy and comfortable and it has everything one needs for a short stay! It is situated 2 min from the central market square and the pedestrian shopping street, so perfectly located.

For our annual family reunion with six adults and one child, Lucia's vacation home was perfect. Everything we needed was there and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of excursion opportunities in the surrounding area. Kulmbach is not far, and Bayreuth is also easily accessible. A special highlight for us was the visit to Lucia's nearby farm with adorable newborn calves.

Felix's place is a real gem where you can feel the attention to detail and care he has invested. We would love to stay in his charming inn again anytime. The location is also ideal for taking wonderful hikes from there and exploring the picturesque Fichtel Mountains. Felix himself is an excellent host. He not only had valuable tips for the area, but also provided an immediate feeling of welcome and home with his warm welcome.

The place was lovely. The garden is unique and spacious. You can wonderfully concentrate on playing games and spending time together here. Wonderful for a weekend with friends or family. The dogs also felt very comfortable.

We were looking for a way to recharge and unwind on a weekend without children. For this, Claudia's cottage seemed made to us in the pictures - small, cozy, private, in nature and somehow quaint. Claudia contacted us directly and proved to be a friendly and interested host. She was always easily accessible and responded quickly to small detailed questions, so we always felt well looked after. We were able to find that the advertisement presented the house excellently. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend, in and around the house there is really everything you could ask for. No high-gloss luxury, but real charm and a pleasant atmosphere. The spa floor with relaxation room and sauna leaves nothing to be desired, the terrace invites you to sunbathe and behind the house you can listen to the forest sounds and barbecue or make a fire. We'll be back for sure, two thumbs up🤗

Beautiful accommodation in a historic cottage with lots of flair, great renovated and super cozily furnished. Top location in a small, quiet alley; bakery, restaurants, the recommended beer museum and a large, free parking is still only a few minutes walk away. We felt very comfortable here and will be happy to recommend the house of Kerstin and Robert in their circle of friends.

We stayed at Lilly and Rolf’s place together with our friends and kids and had a wonderful stay. They were very kind in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with seasonal drinks and given great recommendations. Their place is a short walk to the subway and the accommodation is really comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Judith and Jürgen are super hosts. We've never had a place that was so well thought out in so many details. From first aid box to olive oil, there were great amenities that went far beyond the usual. We felt very comfortable. It started when you booked. Judith pointed out that in addition to the Casa Loft there is also the apartment La Mansarda and we can eat all meals in the Casa Loft.

We were very satisfied with our accommodation and felt very comfortable. Nice rooms, good amenities, great garden, foosball table, horses in front of the doorstep - everything excellent. Martin also gave us a good orientation to get along in the smart home. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free and flexible. It is absolutely recommended and would also be very suitable with children.

Liebe Juliane, We had a great stay in your apartment! Right on the courtyard garden, at the entrance of downtown and yet close to the university which was important to us. Thank you so much for allowing us to flexibly top up from one to two guests-the apartment was nice, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed. As coffee junkies, the coffee provided brought us well over the days. All in all, we felt very comfortable in beautiful Bayreuth. We will be happy to come back! Christine

We stayed with Katarina for one night with our two toddlers. The apartment is nicely decorated and was very clean. Our children particularly liked the play kitchen.

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything is perfectly within walking distance, the car is in the parking garage, which is 1 minute away and for breakfast there are delicious rolls in the supermarket, which is on the first floor. Therefore, we can only recommend the apartment and we will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay. Check-in was quick and efficient (we also arrived 15 minutes after the agreed time because we forgot to change the bus and Dietmar had an appointment: D). On a hot summer day, it must be great to sit on the small terrace by the river. We only had time to sit there once. It's easy to get around by public transport from the apartment. As well as there is a supermarket close by (Edeka). You should be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor if you are difficult to walk or can barely lift your suitcase. The apartment is top decorated and a sea of choices for TV entertainment (Netflix, etc.). We didn't miss anything.

We liked Tanja's apartment very much, we felt right at home. The kitchen equipment is great, we found everything super clean, the sauna was a big gift in the cold season, for music lovers the well tuned piano is also great. We were very happy about it. We would come back anytime we are in the area again.
