Cozy 3 bedroom house with beautiful but creaky, hardwood floors with easy access to Rails to Trails path that is perfect for walking, riding bikes, or watching beautiful West Texas sunsets. Large backyard. Washer and dryer in property. Quiet street . Full size fridge and central heat and air. Ask me about our supportive running community. This 1924 historical home is so cozy and unique. This home is full of western treasures all through the house. We just remolded the kitchen and bathroom adding another full shower. The home includes 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The fully fenced backyard and dreamy back porch transports you to peace and serenity. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and play. The yard includes outdoor hanging lights, a gas grill, plenty of seating and a washer and bean bag games.
