Amazing houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen.

Amazing newly built & modern houseboat on 2 floors. Upstairs: hallway and guest toilet. Large & bright kitchen & dining room ending out in a lovely living room. From the living room there is access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the unique view, morning-dinner & evening sun. Take a dip or enjoy a trip on a supboard. Lower floor: 3 rooms: 1 room with double bed & terrace. 1 children's room with 1 single bed 90x200cm. 1 children's room with single bed 80x200cm possibility of 160x200cm bed. Large nice bathroom.

Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area on deck. We have central heating, so the temperature is comfortable all year round. Unique boathouse.

My home is built on water with a beautiful view, sunset and a small harbour. It got its own terrace with access to take a swim. Its newly built (2020), close to nature and the center of Cph. On bike you can reach every interesting place in Copenhagen. The Metro Sluseholmen is 12 minutes away. The bus ferry passing the center of Cph is 13 minutes away. The area is a mix of klondike and very modern houses surrounded by canals, with large areas of nature, one of the last untouched areas in Cph.

It is also right next to NOMA and Refshaleøen - here you will find coffee, sauna and a swim at La Banchina, art galleries, flea markets, streetfood and a traditional Danish marina serving smørrebrød.
