Great place for families and groups! The house is huge and there are tons of toys for kids to play with. Very clean and the host responded quickly to any questions.

This was our second time staying at Bryan's home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. Bryan was great with communication, reaching out early to inform us about some scheduled work in the neighborhood well before it started, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway.

Our stay at the Cozy Pines Retreat was perfection. It was one of the few Airbnbs I would prefer to live in over my own home! EVERYTHING was tastefully done from the beds, to the fully-stocked kitchen, entertaining game and movie room, to the thoughtful touches for the kids. Amber was AMAZING... reachable without fail and above and beyond accommodating. I would stay here again without a second thought. This house made our trip!!

Our family completely enjoyed staying In Pioneer at this awesome home and location. The grounds are immaculate and so beautiful with plenty of seating and activities to enjoy. We enjoyed cooking together in the well appointed kitchen and Andrew even put up a Christmas tree for our family to enjoy and decorate which was important for the grandkids. Everyone loved the Christmas tree light show! We hope to come back and enjoy it all again!

We had the best time staying at here! Perfect space for 3 couples celebrating 3 birthdays. Michelle checked in to make sure we were doing well; which was appreciated. We ventured out for wine tasting; and came back to cook amazing dinners in the chef's kitchen. The atrium was perfect for dinner, games, music, more wine and laughter. We had a wonderful time and are already talking about a return visit! thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Jana’s cabin was great! We had no issues, great location, spacious, got to see some deer’s and a little bit of snow! Price was excellent will def book again. My family and I had a great time, baby/toddler friendly!

We had a great stay at Connie’s cabin. Our trip was two couples, each with a toddler. The space was very well set up to allow us to put each kid down and still have board game nights after they were asleep. The cabin had a very lived in and homey vibe - which is what we were looking for! You could definitely tell the family has gotten lots of great use out of the house over the years!

A serene place standing above a hill in it's pristine capacity. A breathtaking sunset is the deal maker here. You will be comforted by this nature's gift. The linens and the supplies can be upgraded. The best use of the place with cute furniture is also noteworthy. Susan was just one phone call away always. Thank you Susan for sharing your property with us. Will rent again.

Overall a cute and quaint place to stay for our friend’s wedding, which was less than 10 minutes away. Great private location with delicious spots in town for food. Very easy check-in/out. A full-length mirror or just any additional beside the bathroom would have been nice. Also, (not necessarily a negative) the host did not personally reach out at all beforehand or to welcome us, etc., which I have found helpful in past stays. Great for what it is and would recommend!

Adorable house in a peaceful neighborhood - my family of four (including 11 and 13 year olds) had a wonderful stay. Comfortable and thoughtfully furnished - had everything we needed and then some. We borrowed the house's sleds to play in the snow, and look forward to coming back in the summer, so we can properly enjoy the spacious and well-equipped backyard. Instructions from Rhonda made everything easy - especially the recommendation to screen shot the key code instrux before heading out of AT&T range. Make sure to do that!

We had such a great time staying at this cabin. Super easy to find and it was close to some shops on this mini strip downtown. We can’t wait to stay here again. Perfect little getaway for family and friends since the bunk bed was made for kids.

This place wasn’t over stated or understated, it had a very welcoming feel. It had very timely decor and very comfortable for us , as a family of four to stay in. (My young son wasn’t afraid to sleep in the spare bedroom by himself) 😃The cabin had board games, books and the hot tub was a big plus for us. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen to date for any airbnb I had to stay in. Set up was just like my kitchen at home so it made this home cook very happy because I didn’t have go, “Shoot, I wish I had brought this!” Short drive to Bear Valley for some snow fun. Overall very happy to have picked this cabin for our little family vacation.

The FitzInn was perfect for our family. probably one of the cleanest airbnbs. I've stayed in near Arnold yet. the host was very responsive. the home was perfect for our needs in terms of size and location. with respect to the mountain. we loved the love burning stove and the kitchen was very nice with updated appliances. we would love to stay here again.

House is beautiful, love the Italian books and decor. Walked around the area and discovered the tailings wheels - really cool gold mining history. Went on the Kennedy Mine tour, you can see the mine headframe from the house!

Sheri's house was perfect for our out of town family! There was plenty of room, everything was clean and so very comfortable. The location was fantastic for us and Sheri was extremely responsive and accommodating. I wouldn't change a thing - we all highly recommend!

We loved the classy style of this place and really felt at home at the same time. Lovely hot tub, comfy beds, plenty of utensils, and a clean kitchen. The view off the front covered porch looking over the quiet little town was very beautiful and serene. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Had an amazing stay in this lovely home! It fit two families with kids ranging from infant to school age, with room to spare. Our son Alex (age 5) says: "it's perfect for us kids," from ping pong and sleds to the baby bathtub. Snow and giant sequoias are just a short hop away. Simply perfect. Would love to come back!

We rented the Airbnb because we had 11 people staying with us for a wedding. We also had a group of bridesmaids come to the Airbnb to get ready for the wedding. The house was spacious. It accommodated us all. We were able to make breakfast for all with plenty of room and all that we needed to cook breakfast. The Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Beautiful area with lots of deer in the area. The owner let us know that the heater wasn’t working properly prior to our arrival, but he was able to get someone to check it. It worked very well and the whole place was warm. The owner was very responsive, answering all of our questions quickly. The road leading up to the Airbnb had a lot of twists and turns. We needed our navigation system each time we left and returned. It was a nice stay overall. I would recommend it for large families or groups.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was a wonderful experience, the amenities were great! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of seating in the living area and kitchen. The hot tub was amazing and super clean! The pool table and hockey table were so fun! We will definitely be back next year round! The host is very responsive and accommodating! They provide a really cool guide to the cabin and all the amenities. Very much appreciated the thought they put into accommodation. They even had toys for the kids

My Daughter and I stayed here for our first snowboarding trip ever. Pictures don’t do its justice. Deb’s home is state of the art, clean and inviting. Visiting rules of the house on your stay are clear and very reasonable. I will definitely be returning here on future family adventures.
