Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Amador County

Took my family fishing and this is agreat place to stay. Near restaurants and the lake is only 7 minutes away.

Lovely large cabin in Arnold. Very welcoming and well appointed. Clean and spacious. Easy check in/out and a super responsive host. I have back issues and the bottom bunk bed in one of the bedrooms I had a mattress that is hard enough for people with back problems - a real plus. Tyler is a responsive and well organized host. We will return.

Gail is most definitely a Super Host!! Very quick to respond, and very friendly. The home was just as bright and clean as the photos. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and towels. Living room and bedrooms were super comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

Don't look at boring stars... this stay is clearly worth it. We had guests who could not make it, but there amazing space and super perfect conditions for a couple of couples with children and a pet to stay. Everything was great, especially thankfull for the full kitchen and appliances. I want to say the provided firewood/place made it extra special. Local neighbors are super friendly and our dog was able to make some friends. I'm sure it changes seasonally, but for any T-day week this place rocks.

Had everything we needed for an overnight. Big TV for a movie. If we stay again, might try to use the kitchen more as it is well-equipped. Beds were nice and big. I had looked at two rooms at a hotel -- maybe a little less $$$, but this was nicer as the group hung together. Dog friendly for the kids' pup.

The Farmhouse turned out to be the perfect place for a family gathering and dinner. It was very close to Amador Cellers where our daughter was married the next day. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of serving dishes, wine glasses, plates, a chafing dish, serving tables, comfortable pretty dining tables and chairs and nice outdoor lighting. The corn hole game was a hit with my grandsons as was the giant jinga game. There is a claw foot tub and large shower in both upstairs bathrooms. The extra half bath was very convenient so people did not need to go through the master bedroom to get to a bathroom downstairs. All of the landscaping was beautiful. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic Thanksgiving experience we had here! This home was everything we had hoped for our 3 families, 8 people all together. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any AirBnB that we have visited and had absolutely everything we needed for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. Higher end appliances, comfortable beds, wraparound deck, firepit, amazing star gazing and even the tree platform were enjoyed by kids and adults. Susan was a gracious host and responded to every inquiry we had right away. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

It was nice and quiet. They were flexible and let me check in 2 hours early. They supply you with all the toiletries you could need. They live upstairs but they didn't bother us at all during our stay. They responded quickly when I emailed them. The bed is comfortable and you can adjust it to your liking.

I had a wonderful stay. The place felt like a second home, very comfortabl, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed, with all of the amenities and even snacks, coffee, and tea, in the kitchen. The homemeade banana bread was a great surprise! I did not get a chance to try the pool or deck, but both looked great. Overall, it is a great place to stay, surrounded by woods, peaceful, and a very short drive to the highway. Doris and her husband could not have been nicer or more accommodating! I highly recommend their place.

We had a wonderful stay. The surroundings are beautiful; Hillary is an excellent host; the property is super clean; and its location is perfect. Great restaurants, wineries, outdoor activities, Gold Rush history and unique shops are all close by.

Can’t say enough about our weekend stay at Shaun and Holly’s! They are fabulous hosts and made sure we had everything necessary for a relaxing, fun time. They even had special treats awaiting us since it was our anniversary. Over the top in every way! We will most definitely go back to this little piece of heaven in Sutter Creek!

Trevor’s listing is a great place to stay while exploring the Shenandoah Valley and all it has to offer. We would gladly stay here again!

We were grateful to find this little gem on our visit to Pine Grove to reunite with family. Everything as described, loved the deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee, then the hot tub in the evening. Comfortable beds, a very complete kitchen, plenty of dvds to choose from. A lovely bottle of wine waiting for us after a long day of travel as well as a sampling of delicious ice cream to get us next door to try out the rest of our favorite flavors. Walking distance to Graze which turned into our favorite breakfast place. Roadhouse coffee another nice place. Local grocery had great variety if you didn’t want to make a trip to Jackson. We fell in love with Pine Grove and its surrounding area. Plenty of trails to hike, close to wineries, we even took a day trip to Calaveras to see the giant sequoias. Our family reunion turned into a memorable vacation. Thanks Stew for sharing your cozy chalet!
