Alessio and Paola were 2 exceptional hosts, extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a strategic and super comfortable position, rooms overlooking the sea (beautiful), surrounded by restaurants and bars, a stone's throw from the sea bridge. We were pleasantly impressed by the size of the apartment itself, which is also quite functional, very clean and you can see that the owners took care of it because it is really well kept. Thanks again, we had a great time

All was fine for our brief stay!

Convenient location to walk to the beach, plenty of parking in front of the building, you may walk to the restaurants. The unit is spacious, and everything works fine. Antonio was responsive and helpful with the check in and out, and other questions during the stay.

We had the MOST amazing stay in Ancona thanks to Maria & Michele, we had to be there for visiting the hospital in Ancona, both of them were a pair of the most amazing human beings we've ever met!! I will FOREVER be thankful with them for the peace they brought to us!! ❤️✨☺️

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

Our stay was excellent. Wonderful house. Great rooftop terrace.

The landlord is commercial. Daniel, who takes care of the property, but was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. What also pleased us very much was the mineral water in glass bottles, which was already waiting for us in the fridge. The location was really particularly nice with views to the sea and the mountains and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The mosquito screens on the windows were very good and also necessary. If you are preferred by mosquitoes, you should think about mosquito repellent and electric stitch healers. Unfortunately, the mattresses of the beds were too hard for my husband. An optional soft mattress topper could provide a simple remedy. The garden was large and everything was well maintained, but unfortunately there was not a single flowering shrub. A few colorful oleanders, some lavender and rosemary would be really good for the empty garden. All in all it was a relaxing stay, we relaxed well. Thanks Daniel!

Friendly welcome, hassle-free communication. Perfect place to visit Ancona and its surroundings. Very cozy house, even our dachshund was comfortable 🙂 Unique small mole, not very extensive kitchen (everything functional anyway). Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in Aurora's apartment that is perfectly described and matched to the listing. New and very clean, perfectly organized and equipped for me too, who always bring my desire to cook on vacation! The area is quiet and peaceful although not very central but Aurora is well organized with bikes, it is also easy to park in front of the house. Aurora is an impeccable host, she welcomed us upon arrival and provided us with every useful indication for our stay, she was helpful, kind and present. Great stay!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

Beautiful apartment that has so many thoughtful appliances and everything one could need while travelling. We had a great time and enjoyed the place. Communication was very quick and friendly with Alessandro. The beach is just across the street :) Would recommend this and stay here again!

Very welcoming and thoughtful structure in the smallest of details. The place is perfect for both couples/families and those with dogs on vacation. The house is very nice and makes you feel comfortable as it has everything you need. The managers are very welcoming and always available to respond to possible needs. We felt at home, the added bonus is the large fenced outdoor space (in addition to a large specific area for dogs) that made us and our dog live a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Agriturismo Splendido, surrounded by greenery 2 km from the nearest country or Gualdo, fully reachable by taking a walk in the middle of nature. Perfect outdoor spaces, spa and rooms, clean and thoughtful in detail. Nicola and his son Primo were special, super welcoming and many tips on neighboring places and restaurants. Perfect stay for those looking for peace and peace. We'll definitely be back, a place that stays in the heart. Thanks

We had the most fantastic time. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the pool was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and table football too. Anna was so welcoming and friendly, we immediately felt right at home. She also helped us with recommendations of local restaurants. We would definitely stay at Marzia’s place again.

I am an American superhost of 8 years. I host and travel exclusively with Airbnb, also as a shareholder. This is one of the best destinations due to its tranquility, privacy, amenities, value, and hosts!! Bravo 🙌 We would choose again.

Christian and his whole family gave us a very warm welcome and took care of us and pampered us in every possible way. We had only rented a small appartment and were offered a free larger one with better facilities at no extra charge. When the appartment was later rented out again, we were even allowed to move into another available one again (also at no extra charge) Christian and his family were always open to questions. In addition to the good furnishing of the appartments and the cosy atmosphere of the entire complex, the spectacular view of Sirolo, the coast and the sea have to be noted! We will gladly return soon.
