Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alsergrund

Very pleasant stay at a quietly located and cozy place. The garden is an absolute highlight, fantastically grown up and decorated with a lot of details. Communication with the hosts was pleasant and straightforward, making every effort to make everything as pleasant as possible.

Very spacious, and the number of bedrooms was amazing.There is a supermarket and bakery a short walk away, which is very convenient for cooking.It was winter, but the house was always warm and I was relieved.

The rental is true to the listing. The furniture is not of first age (a matter of taste for a '70s decor) but remains functional and practical. Mich is very attentive, responsive and gives good advice. With the bus/metro connection we were able to enjoy Wien without taking the car. When we arrived we had enough to make a simple dinner (thank you) and especially a small welcome gift. The space is large and allows many to be without stepping on it.

The place is great to stay peaceful in Wein. It takes about 1 hour by public transportation (56A bus + U4 subway) to reach the State Opera.

We had a great Christmas holiday. Nice communication. We had arrived much earlier. That wasn't a problem. Everything you could think of was present. Nice reception. Host was always available for advice. And check out was also very flexible. In consultation, we were able to decide for ourselves what time we wanted to go. In short, highly recommended.

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

We had a very good time in Martin's apartment. This is quietly located, well equipped and check-in was easy. Martin is very committed as a host and communication was absolutely straightforward. Overall highly recommended!

Barbara is definitely a Super Host. The apartment is within east walking distance of good restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and Schonnenbrunn palace and parkland. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I would recommend to my friends and definitely come again.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of three visiting Vienna for three days. As other reviews said it is centrally located and walking distance to some top attractions. I really appreciated the little touches Christina provided - laundry detergent, coffee, flexible with check out, etc. I highly recommend!

It was a good Airbnb for one night, the theme in it was pretty cool. The owners did accuse us of making damage to a speaker but then took back the statement, so overall was a mediocre apartment. Also the WiFi connection is terrible inside.

It all fit from start to finish. Communication has never been such a good base on airbnb. Also the house was so luxurious and lovely. Thank you very much for the great holiday experience

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

Despite arriving very late, I was warmly welcomed. A very comfortable bed and nice room, completely darkened, if needed. Beautiful garden to relax and very good coffee ;) Michaela and Norbert were very nice and always up for a chat. Camillo is still very young and playful but a very friendly dog who really just wants to play. The train connection is about 500 m walk to "Wiener Neudorf," but outside the "core zone," which means that an additional ticket is necessary. The public transport runs very frequently, so the connection is perfect. Shops are also within walking distance. After an exciting day in Vienna, the accommodation was a great place to relax, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Value for money was great, I'd love to come back!
