Very pleasant stay at a quietly located and cozy place. The garden is an absolute highlight, fantastically grown up and decorated with a lot of details. Communication with the hosts was pleasant and straightforward, making every effort to make everything as pleasant as possible.

We had a great Christmas holiday. Nice communication. We had arrived much earlier. That wasn't a problem. Everything you could think of was present. Nice reception. Host was always available for advice. And check out was also very flexible. In consultation, we were able to decide for ourselves what time we wanted to go. In short, highly recommended.

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

The place was very nice, modern, and quite close to Vienna. We loved it, we didn't mind not being right in Vienna. Next time we go here, we'll be sure to arrange this place again.

Loved this space. Very bohemian and totally true to Airbnb style of home away from home. If you want style, location and feeling like a local then this is the place. Don’t expect fluffy towels and matching bedsheets, this is so much better! Great to communicate with Nikolai and Sebastian, highly recommend (we stayed family of four and loved playing the records and guitar) 🧡

A very great place to stay in Vienna. The apartment is very spacious with three floors. We have plenty of space. and we have a good time staying here. The equipment is very clean and the hosts are very responsive. Will definitely come again next time!

Lucia’s apartment is incredibly convenient, located right on the Vienna underground, making it quick and easy to reach all the major attractions. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering all the comforts of home. I especially enjoyed the views over the city and the bonus rooftop terrace. The area is surrounded by excellent restaurants, and there’s a large SPAR just a minute’s walk away. Lucia was very responsive and provided great recommendations for dining. It’s a perfect place to explore Vienna. Highly recommend!
