Bright 70 m² apartment with good transport links (15 minutes) to the city center. A great apartment is rented on the 1st floor with elevator. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances and utensils for self-catering. The terrace is located on the courtyard side and has access from the anteroom and living room. The living room with fireplace invites you to linger. The car can be parked in the garage in the courtyard. Charging the electric vehicle at the wallbox for a fee is also possible.

We stayed in the beautiful house in Hinterbrühl for 4 nights, which is right next to the forest. Perfect for our dog and our daughter thanks to the existing garden. We felt very comfortable, bowls for the dog were ready and there were also toys for the child. The house is well equipped with everything you could ever need in everyday life. Communication with Jeanett and Elisa was smooth and always friendly. We will be happy to come back. 🫶🏼❤️

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Very spacious apartment on 3 floors in a good location. Mezzanin-Floor entrance, (small) elevator available. Very large, modern bathroom with bathtubs and extra shower upstairs, 2 toilets, plenty of space. Wide beds (1.6 or 1.8m) with good mattresses. Well heatable except for the lower bathroom. The kitchen upstairs is very bright and cozy with great fridge and roof terrace. Only the view is not great: you only look at house walls. Point 7:00h every business day, craftsmen started quite noisy with renovation work downstairs in the house. I think these should be completed by June 2025 at the latest. Communication with the host was very friendly and straightforward. Overall highly recommended!

We could not have been more pleased with our apartment or the hosts. Aleksandra and Alexander were extremely responsive and welcoming. When we arrived, Alexander gave us a detailed tour of the building, our apartment, and even the surrounding area, pointing the way to cafes and attractions. The apartment is located in a clean, safe neighborhood in close proximity to everything we needed, including grocery stores and public transportation. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean, and all necessary amenities were included. A & A anticipate their guests' needs, providing everything from ironing boards to extra paper towels. From the warm welcome to the special touches, A & A made this experience perfect. We cannot thank them enough, not just for the beautiful apartment nestled in a great area, but for all of their help and hospitality during our entire stay. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest your head every night in Vienna, this is the place for you.

It was a great cozy place to spend a week for business and visiting friends and family. When we moved in the wifi didn’t work, but Wolfram solved it the same night. A very helpful and lovely host who always answered immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend the tiny house at the Danube.

In terms of accessibility, Immanuel's apartment is characterized by its location in close proximity to the U-Bahn station. Destinations in the inner city can be reached in 15-20 minutes - unbeatable. The apartment itself is extremely practically furnished (especially the many storage options and the large table). The creative furnishings and the (lighting) design - all colorful and yet subtle - convey a real "feel-good feeling." The magnificent view over the platform of the Westbahnhof is - not only for train lovers like me - an unmistakable bonus. Everything is fine and full score!

Fiona is an amazing host who were very helpful to us. Her kitchen was complete for us to cook our meals, she even left us with milk and juice (so tasty!) the house is tiny and cute, very homey feeling once we enter the cottage. She set up the bed nicely for our family. Not too far from Vienna city center, yet not too close that we can enjoy the nature and serenity of the neighbourhood. Definitely worth the stay!
