The apartment with a very well equipped kitchen was as described. Flexible and straightforward check-in. Questions were answered promptly and kindly by Aleksander. We were very satisfied with the stay.

The apartment was very well divided and really perfect for 5 people. We were received in a very friendly manner and guided through the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need for a short vacation in Vienna. Due to the temperatures, we had to sleep with open windows and it was unfortunately a bit louder on the street, but that can happen anywhere. All in all, a successful trip, gladly again.

The accommodation was very accessible and the self check-in worked out great. Mike was also always available and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and everything needed was available. We felt very comfortable and would book the accommodation again at any time.

Prior to booking to start, Markus was very attentive and helped with booking trains and getting picked up from train station. When we arrived at the station Markus was there to pick us up and greet us which was very thoughtful, once we got to the chalet it really met all our expectations, being both beautiful and cozy, the hot tub and sauna felt new and clean so they were great to use and we really enjoyed them. Markus always replied quickly if we had any questions which included help with travel or any inquiries to do with the chalet and overall was a very kind and welcoming man. We really enjoyed our stay as it was a perfect peaceful getaway with the most beautiful views. Would recommend everyone to stay here.

Armin’s place was great! Check-in and out was easy. The place was spacious enough for 4 adults and a small dog. It’s also located in a great spot to catch the tram into the city center or a 10 minute walk to the U. I definitely recommend staying at Armin’s!

We had a fantastic stay at Johannes’ apartment in Vienna! The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, situated in a beautiful and elegant building right in the heart of the city. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to all the major sights, museums, shopping areas, and the magical Christmas market. The apartment was well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the ambiance of the building added a touch of classic Viennese charm. Johannes was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful, making sure we felt welcome throughout our visit. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a central and luxurious stay in Vienna. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is very well situated and an easy Uber or taxi ride into Old Town and other part of Vienna. My family of seven had a great stay and Bettina was a wonderful host throughout out trip. The apartment is wonderful and the fireplace in the kitchen was so nice during our late November visit. Vienna's Christmas markets are incredible!

Highly recommend David’s apartment. Far enough out of the city centre to be quiet but close enough to walk in or use the very efficient tram system. Apartment itself comfortable, clean and as described.

Fast and very friendly arrangements, uncomplicated booking, easy check-in. Apartment clean and cozy - to feel comfortable. Great amenities for the baby (baby bed and high chair), thanks for that! Train station (Bim) can be reached in 1 minute 👍

Alexander is the best host there can be. Pleasant, very willing to help any time and always with a big smile. I just mentioned that during our staying, it was my wife's birthday and he arranged surprises that really made our day! We didn't need to make plan, he made the plan for our visit himself at no time...😁. Five stars are not enough for him. The apartment is perfect. It has everything someone needs for a few days staying. Peaceful neighborhood, 5 minutes from metro station, with direct connection to the center. If we are visiting Vienna again, we will definitely staying at this apartment. Thanks a lot Alexander!

Amazing place for a family of seven with two children, including a one-year old. Fantastic spot

Our host was able to adapt to our language problem we don't speak German and very little English but she was able through the translator to make us understand and make ourselves understood ❤️❤️ She provided us with documentation for everything there was to do around how to eat groceries and especially tell us the tram line 50 m from the accommodation She herself designed a document tipulating the place where we live and the various roads to take to access what was essential take the tickets for the tram and everything else Every day a quick note to see if we lacked nothing and if our day and evening went very well For departure always no worries she came to see us to wish us good flight person very attentive to these guests We recommend its rental which completely represents the apartment that we had nothing missing everything was very clear with a most wonderful welcome

Everything wonderful!!! Rudolf is quite excellently helpful and supportive if needed, otherwise you can fully enjoy the wonderful private tranquility in the pleasantly spacious living suite, with great views from the salon into the directly adjacent garden with pool. Lots of greenery, wonderful relaxation in excellent villa area, only a few meters to the forest adjacent to Lainzer Tiergarten. And also quick to get to Hietzing with good gastronomy options, organic bakery, organic natural food store and many shops. A warm thank you to Rudolf

Very well located, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport - the centre and also the train station right next door. The apartment itself was very comfortable. Very clean bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Nice bedding and comfortable mattress. Well-equipped kitchen. The tv was not working however, and the instructions for the remote were also missing from the booklet available. The fan provided was very useful but it does need to be fixed to stand up straight. Accessing the apartment is well coordinated remotely, mostly via phone calls. Instructions are clear. The Airbnb host messaging could be more responsive. All in all, however, a very cozy and elegant setup. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. A special mention goes to the cleaners, who did a fantastic job. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and their attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. Everything was meticulously clean.

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

Excellent stay in Vienna, in a house where everything is done so that we can fully enjoy the stay. What a pleasure to enjoy the pool after a day of sightseeing, and Daniela is always available to resolve any issues or provide tips for off-the-beaten-path tours. A place to recommend.

Wonderful place! Absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were amazing and Michael and his family were very helpful and friendly. Everything was great for us. We would love to stay again if we were in Vienna in the future.

Small and nice place, i booked that for my parents in law ( we stayed somewhere else near) and they just were there for sleeping but klaus himself was nice, he was waiting for us in the street and explained everything that they need
