Beachfront vacation rentals in Alona Beach

It was great experience in Villa Bohol. The caretakes, June and Bang was so kind to us and nice. The stay was in front of the Pill beach, so we could have a nice swimming in there. There is also big swimming pool, so we could have full time water life.😂 The caretakers' service and cooking was perfect. They cooked us some Philiphino local cook, and we were happy to have an experience on local food. We feel a lot of thanks to them. If we travel to Bohol again, i would love to visit here again. Boris and Itena are lovely hosts. The Villa is as shown and very good equipped. It is very tidy and the best water pressure I ever had in the phillipines. Good and quiet aircons cool the sleeping room and living room. There is a pool in the inner courtyard, perfect depth for europeans to chill. I was allowed to use it every time, no restrictipns like at other Accommodations. You shall rent a scooter to stroll around, go to shops, restaurants and beaches. They provide so many recommendations for your stay. When I arrived there was a tasty welcome gift in the fridge. On my birthday they suprised me with another gift and introduced me to their friends. Overall I loved the stay here and would have wished to stayed longer. Thank you both very much, I hope to see you again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Willem’s Airbnb. The place is clean and everything that you need to use for cooking were readily available. The caretakers are very helpful as well. The only thing I want to take note of is the slightly poor water supply in the shower but other than else, should be okay as they provided buckets and dippers for use. The Alona beach area is a 15-20 min walk, there’s a small store near the house. The highlight of our stay was when we were welcomed by their dog named John Lloyd, he’s very friendly and cute! Overall, we recommend this place especially when you’re traveling with parents or kids!

Highly recommend! Place is pet friendly. Easy to find. Near establishment (Restos and attractions). Peaceful and quiet, the staff is friendly and the owner is very responsive.

We were delighted with our stay. The accommodation is impeccable with a lot of attention paid to small details, nothing is missing. Peter and Rowena are always available without ever being invasive. One of the decisive points that caught our attention was the direct access to the sea and we were not disappointed, the place is perfect for snorkeling and diving. It's very quiet, both in the day and night. The downside is that you need a means of transport but we had a car so no problem for us. Thank you for hosting us and don't change anything, everything is perfect.

I was travelling with my elderly mom and my young daughter. My mom appreciated the daily housekeeping, my kid loved the pool. For me, what stood out was the location - not too far from key areas but away from the crowded touristy parts. The only concern I raised was the internet - it was weak and kept getting disconnected. It meant I couldn't get some online work done, but also that I just had to surrender to relaxing in Sofia's place. 🙂 And yes, there is a new, friendly owner. Some issues I've previously read in google reviews would no longer be true. 😏

This is a special unspoiled place, I would highly recommed to everyone looking for tranquility and getting away from it all.. The surroundings and garden are beautiful, there are many options to hang out and relax. We had the beach mostly to ourselves. The housekeeper family took good care of us and prepared delicious meals. The communication upfront with MaryJeanne was good and friendly, everything was well organised. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day!

The unit is simple one room, clean, comfortable, air conditioner, quiet, right next to small public beach, and across from new resort, with public beach, and restaurants.
