The Snug, boutique lodge in Northumberland

StephenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
A lovely lodge and wonderful dark skies… unfortunately we stayed during a snow storm and experienced a power cut which made things a bit tricky (lodge is entirely electric with no log burner or gas). Sara was really helpful and very communicative. I look forward to coming back at some point.

Luxury Cabin with Hot Tub in the Scottish Borders

KuranRating, 5 stars1 month ago
WOW!! what a beautiful staycation my fiancé and I had! the location was very easy to find and when reached there is clear arrows pointing you to your pod. the surroundings were so serene and peaceful and felt really nice to hear all that nature had to offer. We couldn’t fault any of the amenities as they were all clean and just as described, we even found ourselves rekindling our youth by playing the games that are provided such as jenga! we absolutely loved making use of the easy to use hot tub and enjoying staring out into a starry night sky, truly bliss and we highly recommend and cant stop telling our friends about it, I even forgot some personal belongings but Barry and Pamela were kind enough to ship these to me at no extra cost. we will definitely be back! thanks so much.
A large deck features glass paneling for unobstructed views, complemented by comfortable seating arrangements. Natural light illuminates the space, while a well-maintained lawn surrounds the cabin, creating an inviting outdoor area for relaxation.

Unwind@36, Bockenfield Park, Northumberland

SophieRating, 5 stars13 months ago
Lovely cabin, exactly as described. Hot tub heated on arrival which was perfect. No welcome gift, which was described in check in and always had previously at lodge stays which was a shame considering it was Xmas. Perfectly clean and essentials such as salt & pepper provided. Lots of cooking utensils which was great too. Easy to get to and perfect location!

Great stay at swan lodge, comfortable, homely and the hot tub was exactly what was needed on the cold December days. The walks around the site were brilliant and helped us create some great adventures with the kids. We would definitely recommend it and will look to visit again.

Shepherds Lodge

JoannaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Have just spent 3 nights at this beautiful place with my parents and 2 small dogs. Perfect location and amazing lodge. Samantha was very responsive to a query I had. Lodge was situated within perfect walking distance to beach, shop and pub. Lovely 20 minute walk down to the beach (long way) with dogs and beautiful scenery down at the beach in both directions along with beautiful scenery from the lodge. Lodge was comfortable and cosy and an extra special touch of some luxury goodies for arrival. Check in was straight forward and easy. If I had to fault anything, it would be nothing to do with the lodge or location - there is a little coffee van situated in the car park down at the beach which was closed both days we were down there which would have been lovely to end our costal walk with a cuppa - unfortunately our little pooches are not sociable which made it difficult to have a glass of vino at the pub situated next to the car park but it didn’t spoil anything. 10/10 ⭐️

Had a lovely getaway to south meadows to celebrate our sons 7th birthday. Lodge was lovely, very cosy and plenty of space. The area surrounding was great for exploring and we had a lovely chippy from the local village. Staff at south meadows were helpful and gave recommendations for places to eat locally. Thanks for having us.

Spacious & homely static caravan

PaulRating, 5 stars1 month ago
From booking till we got there nothing was a chore to Lynn. Details to the caravan were spot on and access to the keys was easy. The caravan was spacious and despite the gales we had at the weekend was warm. Everything we needed was found in the caravan and the milk for a cuppa on arrival was appreciated, especially considering late arrival. We will definitely be looking to stay again when we are up visiting friends and family again.

The mobilhome was lovely and in a great spot. Really clean and well kept. Tom was so helpful and it was really kind of him to offer an extra night free of charge, due to a storm. Couldn't have asked for a better host. There were also some lovely gifts for us and the dog when we arrived. Such a great touch. Thank you!

Sea Front Luxury Coastal Lodge

ZoeRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This was a truly wonderful place to stay. Felt like home as every little detail had been thought about and was really cosy. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Great location right next to the sea with wonderful sunrises strolling along the beach. Beautifully decorated and well kept accomodation. Close to some fabulous attractions. We enjoyed Woodhorn Colliery museum, saw dolphins at Newbiggin as the sun set, a fantastic boat trip to the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne from Seahouses, Warkworth Castle and beach, and a stop in Amble. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts who kept in good communication throughout and were really helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this place to others looking for a base to explore Northumberland and all it has to offer.
A charming caravan exterior is presented, featuring large windows adorned with sheer curtains that allow natural light. A front deck with white railings invites relaxation, and steps lead down to the surrounding landscape.

From the get go, the process of booking and correspondence with Kris was fantastic. When we arrived the lodge was spotless and we even had a lovely bottle of prosecco and biscuits waiting on us. We felt right at home and the area was amazing. The views from the hot tub to the little details in the lodge was nothing short of amazing.
