Evan was very welcoming of us and was super accommodating, flexible and provided clear communications. When our travel plans changed and we wanted to stay longer, he ensured that our extension went off smoothly. I also loved his home theater very much. I wish for longer stays, there's a way he could provide access to kitchen and cooking. We do not like to eat out every day, especially since we have specific dietary. This was the only thing we missed sorting our week long stay there.
