Maple Magic was a wonderful place to stay for my group of 5 adults. The kitchen was fully, I mean, fully equipped. There were real sheets on the beds! So many places use microfiber now and I am not a fan. It was definitely an elevated experience. Michelle was very clear in her communications and helpful. Sturgeon Bay is a great jumping off point for all that Door County has to offer. Enjoy!

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults celebrating a milestone birthday. The trails around the 15+ acre property were freshly mowed and made for some beautiful morning walks while sipping a coffee. Shelly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The house is beautiful inside and out and the space is close enough to all the action, yet far enough away from it all to turn the music up, tell those really funny stories, and not worry you'll bother the neighbors. We look forward to staying here again someday!

This place was delightful , very comfortable, beautiful surroundings, right on Lake Michigan with all the comforts of home. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms very clean. Plenty of space and room. Overall it was very clean and tidy too. The location is close to towns and places for whatever you want to do such as shopping or getting into a nature park and trail. I was there in the fall and the colors were fantastic but this is a great place for any season.

White Rock is the perfect location for a relaxing time with family! The house had everything we needed to cook lots of meals for our family of seven. The kayaks were great. The fire pit looked fun and inviting, though we never ended up using it. There were lots of chairs outside, and the rocky beach area was just a few steps away from the back door, so we spent a lot of time outdoors. The road that the house is on does not have any sidewalks, so I was a little anxious about going for my daily run; I needn't have worried, as there were lots of people out on the street - runners, walkers, bikers. Everyone was very friendly. The house was super clean. The front bunk room had a good number of games to play. The back "sun room" overlooks the lake and has six chairs all lined up for perfect views. Jason was a very responsive host. We are grateful for our time at White Rock.

Bay Shore Cabin | A Mid-century wooded retreat

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! The house is in a quiet wooded area so the view out the windows is very picturesque. All the rooms in the house are clean and comfortable. Even though we came here before the main tourist season began, there were still quite a few things to see and do. We came here looking for a peaceful and quiet place to get away to and we certainly found it. While at the house, we visited some local restaurants in Sturgeon Bay, went to a museum, and took the ferry to Washington Island. The house is great for kids with multiple options for the kids to sleep. It's well set up for movies and hanging out in front of the fire pit.

Larsen House in the Village!

My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Larsen House for a 3 day weekend as we explored Door County. The home was exactly as described and it was perfect for the 2 of us. Location was great. Short 3 minute walk to town. The location in Egg Harbor is central to the Door County Peninsula which allowed us to visit all of the other villages with a short drive. Paul was great to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions. Very easy check-in and check-out process.

The backyard oasis was our absolute favorite part of this house, but we enjoyed many other features throughout our week stay. First, Monika was proactive, helpful, kind and easy to work with. The house was perfect for our needs - clean, spacious and inviting. The house has everything we needed, from lots of open space, kitchen amenities, bedroom amenities, etc. The backyard was so pleasant, including the fire pit down by the river, multiple seating areas, shade trees, and access to the river. We took full advantage of the kayaks during our stay, kayaking up and down both rivers and to the lake. I was a bit concerned that we would get bored in the town of Two Rivers, but it's close access to Door County, several other small towns and nature. The town itself is very walkable and we ate at two local restaurants, which were both nice. Overall, our group had so much fun here, striking a balance between relaxing and exploring, driving and walking. Thank you Monika for a wonderful stay!

Definitely a 5 star Airbnb. A beautiful and nicely appointed home in a quiet neighborhood with very comfortable sleeping accommodations. Many amenities including spacious outdoor seating, a driveway with ample parking, a large gas grill and fire pit. our hosts were very friendly and responsive. Will definitely seek out this place first the next time we visit our friends in Sturgeon bay.

My kids loved all the ‘hidden’ spaces. I made great use of the exceptional kitchen/dining space. Our dogs were welcome and enjoyed watching the wildlife out on the lake expanse. Plus my husband (a disabled veteran) felt peaceful, safe & at home. We all enjoyed watching several eagles (at least one mated pair with a nest) bring nature into a wonderful up-close view for us. Bonus: after we’d arrived home we discovered a Kindle (pw) got left behind. We felt foolish and like a total pain. No worries! Jay went above and beyond to utilize its retrieval and ensure it was returned, despite our four-hour travel distance away. He was clear, respectful, and kind during our entire stay. We hope to return to this rental again. And would highly recommend any of Jay’s properties. They’re gorgeous, classy & clean but still feel like a home away from home.
