Wow.. what a view. Peaceful location, large block away from neighbours. Huge back deck. Clean and tidy batch with everything you need. Fire place made it nice and cosy for our winter stay. Note: It does have a washing machine but no dryer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Piha, The house is one of a kind and makes for a memorable visit. The view is worth the walk.

This was a really stunning spot and the house had everything we needed. Spa pool had an epic view and the little beach at the bottom is a treat. The landscaping of the garden and the decking is also wonderful. We loved our stay.

My partner and I had a great time! The shared spaces down stairs did not disappoint, we had such an amazing view. Akio was also very helpful throughout our stay with clear instructions and assisting us whenever we reached out which made our stay 100 times better. Would recommend if you are wanting somewhere peaceful to stay yet close to Auckland CBD.

Wonderful stay with wonderful host. Host was really friendly and provided great suggestions for Auckland touring. The location was quiet but close to fun restaurants. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. Comfy bed with nice linens. Everything you might need in kitchen, bath and closet. Lots of nice hangers in closet- my pet peeve. Like staying at a nice resort. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous weekend getaway! The house provided a lovely retreat feeling, super tidy, all the amenities, private, quiet and that pool!!! AMAZING :) Our group had a fantastic time here and would stay again. Its a little out of town but close to the supermarket and only a 5 minute drive to the local pub. Modern home, comfy couches and beds, a friendly host - all super easy! 5 stars, would recommend!

Due to a mistake with Airbnb, I had to check out later than expected but Gali was more than welcoming and accommodating. A kind, friendly and interesting host. Great location to walk down to the beach, or just hang out on the balcony and take in the views. Gorgeous, can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Bruce and Karen’s place. The property is only meters from the beach and in a very quiet area. Walking distance from Devonport (20min) but only minutes from local cafes and restaurants. Their place was clean and comfortable, with the main bedroom downstairs and the living area / extra bedroom upstairs, complete with a view of Rangitoto and the bay. Would definitely come back!

Great stay and super close to town. Relaxing surroundings with wildlife around and stunning views. Waipu Cove is really close aswell as Waipu township. We had a lovely girls trip and would return.

Very enjoyable. Very close to Devonport for shopping and restaurants. Bobby was so very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend coming here especially with his help.

Loved my 2 nights at Batley The Bach is well equipped with everything required for a peaceful restful stay without the distraction of TV etc. Loved the low tide walks around the coast, the birdlife and jumping fish! 'Love at the end of the road' book gives an insightful look into the interesting history of the area. Thank you Rae and Rex for sharing this magical secret spot.

We had such a relaxing stay. Loved the setting at the quiet end of Piha and in amongst the trees. The house was warm and cozy and all the windows made it light-filled. Will definitely return.
