The place was great! It looked even better than the photos. Large selection of beaches within 10min by car. 5min big grocery and shopping center where you can find everything. The neighbors were very nice and very orderly was kept everywhere. Great vacation, we'd love to come back! :)

Lovely place to disconnect from work, amazing views, perfect for relaxation, especially the outdoor area with the kitchen, pool and jacuzzi.

The apartment has the perfect space to spend a few nice days in front of the beach. Everything is very quiet, easy to locomoverse. Pepe and Verónica are super friendly and attentive. If we come back to Alicante we will surely stay there again.

Muyyy recomendable, very quiet area, without many people in the playita ....the great apartment!!! Its location ,with that terrace that overlooks the playita is worth it....Rosa was very attentive at all times , I can only say , thank you very much

We had the most amazing time staying here, it had everything we could of wanted, it was extremely clean throughout, and immaculately presented, with every attention to detail possible, the host Chema was also very helpful and was there to meet and greet us which was lovely, will definitely be booking again Thanks again for a great week 😁

We had a fantastic holiday in Maria's house. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. Perfectly located at the beach, wonderful view at the sea. A very cosy and comfortable house. We felt at home right away. We will definitely come back next. Thank you very much for everything!

Roberto was very helpful and his place is lovely and very clean. Great area for bars, restaurants supermarket and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Alicante is a 25 minute tram ride and is a fantastic place to visit.

Our stay was great, the location is optimal there is good shopping, as well as restaurants and the bus stop is also close by. The view and the relative proximity to the beach are great. Check-in was very straightforward and flexible, as we were allowed to check in earlier due to earlier arrival. The equipment is very good and everything was clean. The only thing that bothered us a bit was that some doors didn't close properly, which was very uncomfortable on a few days when it stormed. The lack of wifi is also something we think could be improved. Nevertheless, we had a great vacation, would like to come back.
