The host was very responsive and helped us with all our queries. The house has everything one needs. It is close to metro and bus stop and also has super market nearby. Much recommended!

Нила was very hospitable and understanding. The flat is a great bargain for a fully equipped apartment in Almaty (outskirts) despite not being the newest build.

Irina and Yuri's place is exactly how it is advertised. Everything looks like the pictures (and even better!) They are very proactive and helped us out with booking transportation from the airport to their home, we were greeted by Yuri personally and gave us a tour of their home. The home is filled with snacks and gifts from the hosts. We are provided with everything we needed and more, they are very helpful with navigating around the city and answering all our questions. We felt really at home, this is the best airbnb experience I've ever had. we would always choose to come here if we ever come back to Almaty. The location is pretty far from the city center but they will provide you with bus cards so you can get to places for free! The place is also near bus stops. There are groceries and restaurants nearby. I will be forever grateful for Irina and Yuri for their hospitality.

The apartment was spacious, and the weather was perfect to open the windows and let in fresh air. We used the kitchen for breakfast and had all the necessary utensils for cooking. The bed is comfortable, the bed smelled pleasantly and ironed. Marzhan was polite and answered quickly. Since the registration was late at night, we checked in on our own according to the instructions without any problems. I thank the landlady for the opportunity to have a good weekend!
