A lovely well equipped apartment. The roof terrace was just lovely too, fantastic sunset spot. Tea, could not have been more helpful and flexible. Location was ideal for old town, supermarket, and banks. A great place to stay when in Zadar.

The stay at Nikolina was nice. Nikolina provided with fruits, juice and milk for the time of stay. That was a nice surprise and gesture. The apartment is on the 3rd floor not far from the one end of Korso (pedestrian street). Kitchen equipped for stay-in light dinner cookings. Bathroom nicely decorated and has a washing machine. Communication with Nikolina was effortless and she replied quick. Had a nice stay and loved the fact that I had the possibility to check-in earlier. Thank you very much!

The place was just awesome! The furnishings are really great (exactly our style!). It was extremely clean and Tonka greeted us personally and was extremely warm. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Zadar or even Paklenica National Park. We felt very comfortable and was something of the best we had so far.

Great modern villa with a handy supermarket just over the road. Felt very clean, had three large double rooms and a swimming pool (which sadly I didn't get to use due to the weather) Private at the time I was there as the neighbor in the house that overlooks was away. The host had great communication with me throughout the stay and I felt safe and comfortable in the location. Unfortunately during my stay they were digging up the road so it was very noisy most of the day. A real shame as I currently live on a building site at home and would loved some quiet- but that is no fault of the owner- just unfortunate. The weekends were blissfully quiet though- with the chickens clucking away instead. Loved the little apartment round the back- super en suite shower room! Thank you for a great stay and I hope you got to enjoy some of the food and drink I left for you too! :)

Jelica is a very pleasant and helpful host. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Metajna is a small and quiet village; the sea is clean and beautiful.

Felt really at home there. The view was lovely and peaceful. Everywhere, both inside and out was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well stocked ( maybe a toaster would be good). We took our bikes, there were some lovely little villages to cycle to, swim and eat at. Unfortunately, we didn't swim outside the house as the sea was a bit choppy due to windy weather but the water was beautiful and clear. Really enjoyed our stay and if in that area would definitely stay again. Thankyou Marija.

We had a fantastic week in this cozy house. The location is unbeatable, with beautiful beaches within walking distance. The house has everything you need and the private parking space was very convenient. The host is a lovely person, always ready to give advice and make us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at this place! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the balcony with beautiful views. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to many beautiful excursion places and restaurants. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. From the uncomplicated communication to the quick response to questions to great tips for the area – nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back. Beautiful house with a great pool. Next door is another apartment that also has access to the pool and garden. Antonio is always available and happy to help with tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!
