Great Location! Neat neighborhood with lots of great options for groceries, restaurants and pubs. Short walking distance to Paddington station, Royal Oak, and Bayswater underground stations, as well as a couple Bus stops right out front. The apartment had all the amenities you’d expect and as described. It was very clean, and spacious enough for a family of four with two teenage boys. The beds were really comfortable, and the views were nice too. Definitely want to go back and stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this Airbnb for a week and it was perfect. Quiet residential street and only 5 minutes walk to the train station and to great restaurants, pubs, and stores. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. Tobias & Annette were very quick to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely book this unit again on our return to London.

Sarah + Matteo’s home was a fantastic base for our short trip to London, the home was beautifully appointed and exactly as described in the listing & photos. Sarah was a brilliant host with plenty of communication from when we originally booked her home, this included very clear check-in instructions as well as suggestions for things to do in the area while we were staying. We would have no hesitation in staying again and would recommend Sarah & Matteo’s home to anyone else visiting the area.

David was a great host. His house is located just 2 minutes from Kensington Gardens - amazing location also the house is super quite and super connected to the rest of the city with tube stations being only a step away. There a lot of nice restaurant and cafe options in the neighborhood as well.
