This place is just fantastic. Such a warmhearted cosy apartment. Especially Perfect, if you have a car because you both can explore everything easily in Maspalomas but also get to the Highway in one Minute. And Patricia is an excellent host. Whenever I come back to Maspalomas, I will go there again :-)

the apartment was very clean with everything you needed during our stay, fully equipped kitchen, nice size balcony to sit out and eat,apartment block public areas kept clean,nice to have a lift which was never a problem to get, swimming pool with plenty of sunloungers around kept spotlessly clean and tidy, shops and restaurants all by the apartment, bus stop at roundabout just outside

The apartment is very clean with comfortable bed, perfect internet connection (need it the most for home office) and we have all the things we need. Björn and John are friendly and always reachable. The only thing, we did not feel comfortable to sit on the veranda, as it is facing the busiest street in the area, where people can have a direct view to the veranda and we are too shy…. ☺️

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful and we enjoyed the area. It’s very convenient and good for families.

We could have not found a greater place to stay in Gran Canaria. Clemens’ house is lovely and has a lovely peaceful garden full of orange trees. There is a beautiful view! I highly recommend staying at Clemens’ if you are looking for a quite place surrounded by nature. Thank you!

The apartment and location are exceptional; this is a lovely place. However, it is important to clarify that it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There are numerous steps, both to access the accommodation and to get to the beach, as both entrances are made exclusively by stairs. In our case, despite having previously consulted because we were traveling with a person with mobility issues, this information was not communicated properly. Otherwise, everything was great.

The place was very clean, near rest and beaches. Had a private parking for the car. Sasha was kind enough to let us stay past our check out time, so we could keep the bags in there (previous talk, always). Sasha was very helpful, respectful and committed to help us have the best experience in Canaria’s

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful with perfect bus connection and shopping in the immediate vicinity. The rooftop pool offers plenty of loungers and you have a great view. The view from the balcony is also unbeatable. Diego welcomed us very kindly. We would come back any time and highly recommend the place. We can also highly recommend the restaurant in the building ( reservation recommended) Thank you Diego for the great time at your place.

I usually feel Airbnb reviews, with their superlatives exaggerated. But I don't have the other choice this time either. In the many years I've booked on Airbnb, I've never had such an outstanding host like Max. It started when my phone rang at the airport and Max explained to me how to get to my rental car faster until the delivery of our forgotten baby monitor by a German-speaking friend of Max's. Also in the four weeks, Max proactively took care of us and took care of us. The apartment is really perfectly located on the island, 30 minutes to Mogan and 35 minutes to Las Palmas. Beach within walking distance. The view from the balcony is fantastic, we were able to have breakfast outside for four weeks with sea views. The apartment was top equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed. There were two baby beds and Kinserstuhl. I can only recommend Max and his apartment.

We were warmly welcomed by Alex and Alexsandra to a spotlessly clean apartment that had obviously been recently renovated. The bathroom is beautiful with a great shower and more than enough hot water for two of us to get ready in the evening. There is a small kitchen with everything we needed to make light meals during our stay. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The main area has a nice sofa that I was able to take naps on during the day, there is stable high speed wifi and a large smart TV. The beds were very comfortable and we both had undisturbed sleep each night. The apartment is in a great location right accross the road from the Yumbo, but even though it is so close, we didn't hear any of the noise that we were expecting. Alex is so kind and really wants to make everything even more perfect than it already is, a great host who makes you feel like an old friend. Overall, a fantastic apartment in a great location with a super host. We will definitely return.

The apartment was exactely as described, there was everything you need. The location is great, everything is close. The pool was extraordinary clean. The communication before our arrival was a little slow, sometimes nobody answered for couple of days. In the end everything worked well. The day before our arrival we got a contact for Marco and since then it was very quick and smooth.

We were very happy spending time on this location, as it was very well located and close to great restaurants and bars. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and was clean and functional. The location is close to the bus stop and made it easy to arrive and depart, and as a bonus has a good supermarket that has everything you can need. Overall a very good and recommendable stay, that for sure will repeat if we visit GC again.

I've been to Eugenio's apartment before. The bathroom has been renovated and in the living room there are two new tables. Just under 10 minutes to the beach. The bus station around the corner. A small supermarket is opposite. Only 5 minutes to Kasbah. Overall a quiet and well-maintained facility.

Come back here for the second time and enjoyed it just as much this time. Great apartment and location if you want a little quieter surroundings.

Enea Gino's apartment is a lovely place. The highlights are the location directly on the pool where you can sunbathe directly in front of the terrace on the lounge chairs. The apartment has everything you need to cook and also left me some wipes and a double mat to go to the beach, as well as the shower towels. In addition, the location of the apartment in Playa del Inglés is fantastic because you are just a few minutes walk through a pedestrian shortcut from the beach of the English beach, where you can find bars for breakfast, restaurants for lunch and dinner, places to have a drink or even go dancing, I also saved on the car rental because this time it was not necessary. Check-in was very quick and easy, Gino sent me all the useful and simple information before I arrived. Highly recommended!
