Rundum zufrieden. Gute, grosse Wohnung mit Terrasse, schöner Aussicht und die Lage ist optimal. Strand, Promenade, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Very cozy home, with nice view from the balcony (the flowers were in bloom, that added to the experience). The outside of the building did not correspond with the cozy inside. 5 minute walk from the lovely beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket.

Francisca's villa has everything you could possibly need. Its in a beautiful and central location. We hired a car so we could visit Lagos, Sagres and Bergau (which were less then 30mins drive) but if you wanted to stay out you would be very happy here, with a beautiful beach on your doorstep and a great selection of restaurants and bars within minutes to be all to. Francisca gave great recommendations as to which to try. She was a responsive and helpful host. We will be back! Thank you souvh Francisca x

The villa was beautiful, clean and as advertised. João was very responsive and friendly. Our Google maps directions were wrong and did not take us to the villa so he came to get us. João was a great host and the villa was perfect for a long relaxing weekend!

We were 3 couples and the house as well as the location were perfect for us. We loved walking along the promenade at the Praia da Luz and swimming at the guarded beach. We always had a view of the sea - either from a restaurant on the promenade or from the house. Also many thanks to both the host Susan and to Libby from the house keeping company who made our stay simply wonderful.

Magnificent Manifesting! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Outside area was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely outside cooking and dining area which we used a lot and the sea is much closer than appears in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the local shops are an easy and beautiful walk to pick up any additional extras. Close to lovely restaurants and bars filled with friendly people and staff. Luz is a wonderful location to explore the Algarve however a week is not enough as there is much to see and do 😉. Just a note that the access to the pool area would not be conducive to someone with mobility issues but is beautiful. Something that everyone really appreciated was the very positive water pressure 😂 seems like a small thing however weirdly it matters. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this villa to friends and family. Ideally located, with charm and character in a beautiful location, sea breezes and with a fab host 🙏

My husband and I had a very comfortable five night stay at Pedro’s place. The unit was cozy, spacious, and well equipped. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, water, and oranges. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the terrace with a view of the sea. Though there was also a lovely shared pool, we didn’t make use of it. A highlight for us was the spectacular nearby coastal walking path, and the small local beach. It was handy to have a rented car to explore the area and to buy groceries. We did a day trip to Tavira and drove to nearby Carvoeiro for dinner a couple of times. I would definitely recommend Pedro’s place.

What a gem! The 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beaches with cliffs was spectacular. Walking and hiking trails galore. We were blown away by the beauty. Paula was responsive and kind. Perfect mid point location in the Algarve. We drove west to Lagos (kayaked the caves there) and Sagres, then drove east to Tavira with stops along the way in Quarteira and Vilamoura. You will not be disappointed. If I could it 10 stars I would.

A beautiful and modern house. Very comfortable seating inside and outside. Lovely pool. Beds are very comfortable with huge bathrooms. Close to beaches and supermarkets nearby. Would love to come back

Helena was a great host before and throughout our stay, alway being very helpful and responsive. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has easy access to the resort facilities, including the swimming pool. The house is also well located with amazing beaches and quality restaurants within a 15 minute walk. We would certainly recommend Helena's place for a stress free and relaxing family holiday.

We stayed a week in this villa, and absolutely loved it. Our group was 2 grandparents, 2 children and 2 adults. The house was good for all of us. Stunning views, and plenty of outside terraces to sit, shade and sun. It is very quiet in the night. Beach, shops and restaurants all at good walking distance, which was very important for us. If the wheater is not that good, the house is well equipped with games, movies and toys. We love cooking, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There is a very complete travel guide to answer all your questions, ex restaurants, shops and manual all very well described. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to go soon again! Big compliment to the communication with Kate. Very helpful and flexible. 10/10!

Wir waren zu sechst und jeder einzelne von uns war von Beginn an sehr glücklich mit der Villa. Die Villa ist wesentlich größer als auf den Bildern und gibt jedem genug Platz, um seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Der Salzwasserpool sowie der Außenbereich sind das absolute Highlight. Bei zu windigen Tagen am Strand hat man immer einen Plan B um trotzdem in der Sonne zu liegen. Zudem ist die umfunktionierte Garage mit Tischtennisplatte etc. einfach toll und gibt einem fast schon das Gefühl nicht aus dem Haus zu wollen, da man einfach alles hat was man braucht.

War wie ein zweites Zuhause. Wären gerne geblieben.

We hebben een zalige week doorgebracht! De villa is zeer goed gelegen en ligt op een hoek van een rustige villawijk. Daardoor zit je nog net iets meer prive en heb je een zwembad in een toffe hoek-vorm. Je hebt een prachtig zicht op de oceaan en we genoten elke dag rond 7u van een mooie zonsopgang. Je kan buiten op het terras heerlijk ontbijten, maar ook binnen is het gezellig en huiselijk - we brachten enkele luie dagen binnen door, in de keuken is trouwens ook alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. We sliepen heerlijk en de badkamers zijn zeer ruim. De kust en stadje Luz zijn supermooi, ze liggen op wandelafstand. Een auto is wel fijn om de hele omgeving te kunnen verkennen, en het huis ligt op een heuvel. ;) Het zwembad is goed verwarmd, wat echt een must is voor iets koudere dagen. Beide hosts hebben meteen gereageerd en het probleem opgelost toen de pomp even haperde, waardoor we heerlijk hebben kunnen verder genieten van onze vakantie! Dankjewel aan de hosts, we hebben echt genoten!

We have just returned after an amazing week. A family holiday with small kids and grandparents. The house is perfect, the location is 20 steps to the most perfect beach, the house is comfortable and we wanted for nothing. Pool was such a treat. Ice cream kiosk right outside back door !! (Kids loved) .. town is lovely for a relaxed family holiday.. memories made for life. Owners so helpful , communication perfect and so helpful highly recommend we will definitely be back . A hidden oasis with amazing views from every window .. only problem is we didn’t want to leave

We never met João, but the property manager Magdalena was so lovely and helpful. She was truly amazing and a huge part of our positive experience She also works at the restaurant inside the gated community. She is a very valuable contact. The location is as good as it gets. The house is very updated and has a great layout. 2 rooms are in the front and 2 rooms are in the back. Perfect for 2 families with kids. Awesome upstairs deck, plus a patio/side yard. The only thing we were not impressed with were the mattresses. They seemed stiff and bouncy. But that’s a personal opinion, and does not mean every guest will feel the same way. We went on a guided tour to the famous Benagil cave, and I must say, the beach in front of this property is almost the same experience, but without the inevitable crowds and regulations that are now imposed at Benagil. Just get a kayak and you will be amazed without having to drive anywhere. Awesome place. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful house in an idyllic location. The views of the beach and dunes are stunning. Felipe, the host, went above and beyond to help us. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this house for a peaceful holiday.

A casa tinha mesmo todo o que precisávamos, acho que nunca fiquei numa casa tão bem equipada! Se veem para passar umas férias em que querem comer em casa e fazer refeições tem mesmo todo o que é necessário e bons restaurantes na zona para comer quando querem jantar fora

Casa ideal para pasar una semana en el Algarve, a pocos metros de una playa estupenda para relajarse, zona tranquila y bien comunicada. La casa estaba bastante limpia y tenía todo tipo de comodidades, sin dudar volveríamos.

The property is amazing, the pictures and description doesn't do the place justice. It was better to what we were expecting. The place was fully equipped with everything you needed. There was a balcony at the bedrooms the kicthen and the living room which was such an amazing feature. The shared pool was clean and deep was so good and quiet such a relaxing area to be in. There was a smart t.v where you can cast your phone apps too and there was netflix already on the t.v felt right at home and the place was so cosy and spacious 10/10 would 100% recommend !

Wir waren das erste Mal an der Algarve. Die Wahl des Ortes fiel auf Olhao, weil wir Rosas Haus sehr ansprechend fanden. Die Kommunikation ab Buchungsbeginn war super, jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Der Check In war früher möglich als gedacht, was toll war, weil wir sehr früh angekommen sind. Wir wueden von Rosa und Nuno gleich in Empfang genommen. Das Häuschen ist toll, super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Als Erstes bekamen wir eine Führung und Erklärung aller wichtigen Dinge, danach eine wirklich tolle Übersicht (mit einem Stapel sehr hilfreicher lokaler Reiseführer, die im Haus liegen) über alle sehenswerten Orte in der Umgebung, Wandermöglichkeiten usw. Wir sind viel unterwegs, eine derart umfassende und engagierte Einführunghaben wir aber noch nie erlebt. Danke dafür! Man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, benötigt man den nicht, dann hat man auch völlige Ruhe. Das Häuschen liegt in einer Farm mit Aussicht über die Felder. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Had a truly wonderful few nights at Tania's beautiful place. It was so beautiful enjoying the kitchen or relaxing in bed and being able to take in the view. Located at the end of a pedestrian path, it offers surprising privacy. Only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Ti Raul is a great place to rent surfboards and enjoy a sundowner. A one of a kind experience.

Marc was a truly warm and friendly host! He was immensely helpful and full of great recommendations. The house is a groovy 70s gem with the most incredible view, the weather was mixed and the sea was a myriad of different moods and colours for every weather. The are uninterrupted ocean views and is surrounded by beautiful daisies and coastal shrubs, and the patio area is protected from the wind which made it a special place to sit and watch the swallows and changing ocean colours. You can walk to a gorgeous sandy beach in a few minutes and also the town of Sagres, which has several great restaurants and cafes for coffees, cocktails, and snacks and loads of surf schools. The house inside has everything you need for your stay and more, incuding board games and a smart TV, with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. HIghly recommend staying here 💫
