I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fred's place and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. They were happy to assist me with any questions or needs during my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The room was equipped with a TV and fast internet, perfect for catching up on work or streaming my favorite shows. Overall, my stay at [was fantastic. The staff, facilities, and location exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Canmore.

Nice , quiet and comfortable place

Great place. Has everything you need, friendly staff, hot tub, pool, and underground parking is offered.

Check in was easy, the resort was clean. There's no food or convenience store on site, so plan for groceries, which is about 5-10 minutes into town. The room was uniquely L shaped and had a nice fireplace we put to use. Overall, a really wonderful winter getaway.

Fred’s place was great! From the location, to the check-in process, to the cleanliness. Kitchen was well equipped and parking was very convenient.

we loved our stay! the unit was spacious and comfortable and the art was nice. we loved the hot tub and the location was beautiful. would definitely stay again. only thing was the wifi was not included which is a little disappointing considering the price.

We were greeted by Marian upon our arrival and felt very welcomed by her. The suite was very attractively laid out, the beds were very comfortable and everything was pristinely clean! The outdoor space was beautiful and well-maintained. Everything one could possibly need for a relaxing get-away! We will definitely plan to stay here again if we are in the area!

I wanted to give 4 stars because this is a hotel, not a condo per the current description, and I experienced many of the reasons that I avoid hotels: rude under staffed receptionists not providing correct nor complete info and you have to wait in long lines, non-streaming TVs, room equipped with bare minimum, card keys that stop working, loud appliances. However the actual stay was 5 stars; location is ideal, access to nice hot pools with a fabulous view, beautiful balcony views, tastefully and and comfortably furnished, lots of nearby walking trails, and the amazing luxury of a wood burning fireplace. For Banff prices, fairly reasonable."

This was a room at the Rundlestone Lodge, room was very clean, albeit dated decour, we had full usage of the hotel. Service from staff at the lodge was excellent. Good location, free bus passes included which made getting around really easy with a bus stop right outside. Good parking and a playground next door for kids. Only downsides were the dated decour and slow wifi. Would stay again.
