Vacation rentals with a patio in Albert Town

Wonderful place to land for a week in Wanaka. Well equipped kitchen (we cook a lot), spacious, and garage space to store a mountain bike or more. Comfortable beds, outdoor space and very walkable to grocery, restaurants and lake. Just one thing to note - you are responsible for rolling garbage bins out to the curb if you are there on a Th/fr. While this was not a big deal for us to do, it was clear the renters prior to us had not done it.

The stay was comfortable accessible, hood amenities.

I’ve traveled with Airbnb to many countries around the world, and this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed in. It was easy to access, the apartment is beautiful and felt like home right away. It’s extremely comfortable and the location is great with views of the lake and a quick walk into town. Annie shared clear instructions. We loved it and it made our stay in Wanaka peaceful and cozy!

This place is right on the edge of the lake, just a stones-throw to town. The outlook is stunning, the accommodation is so cozy and homely - it was like living in something from a magazine.

Great accommodation with everything we required

This quaint studio was perfect for our 3 night stay. Breathtaking views, lovely renovated kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed. We also cooked breakfast and were pleased to find a full kitchen with the staples provided. Thanks Judy, you’ve got an amazing place!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Victoria was very helpful and communication was easy and quick. The house is spacious and comfortable with many good amenities. We were only here one night during our South Island road trip but this would be a great place to stay for anyone who wants to take advantage of the many outdoor activities available in Wanaka. We’d stay here again if we ever return!

Stayed for two nights on a family trip, group of 9. House was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful view of the mountains. Convenient location for exploring Wanaka and surroundings. Kids enjoyed the board games and foosball. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Comfortable place near Wanaka. Enjoyed being able to jog along the river, walk to the local grocery store, and feast on treats from the French bakery across the parking area. Easy access to all the things you could want to do in the Wanaka area.

We had a wonderful family getaway the home accommodated eight guests very comfortably with all the facilities required to make you feel like you were at home. Very quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to Arrowtown and all facilities to really enjoy Queenstown and its surroundings. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay.

We had a great time at Sue’s. amazing location, lovely home. Loved the spa pool. She was also very accomodating on check in times which was appreciated with a 7 month old!

A very comfortable house for a family or group of friends. Everything is new and pristine. Great separation of space between bedrooms and living area. Open up the sliders to the lovely grassy yard to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. We walked downtown for dinner as it's a beautiful 15 minute walk along the water front.

Hands downs our favourite air bnb to date! Lovely and spacious with a great indoor outdoor flow for sunny days. The kids loved having so many toys to play with and an outdoor play area. Wonderful hosts. Would love to come back again next Summer.

Beautiful apartment in Albert town just 5 minutes via car to Wanaka. Lovely and personable host who provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment was spacious with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The living/dining room and kitchen were downstairs. All the amenities that anyone needs to feel at home were available to us. The bed was comfortable. AC/WIFI worked well. We loved our 3 night stay at Jane's apartment and hope to return in the future. We highly recommend this apartment for value and comfort.

Fantastic hosts with a very spacious, clean, comfortable and very welcoming space. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath. Great view of Roy’s Peak which we hiked the next morning to see sunrise on New Year’s Day. We will definitely be back!

Laura was efficient in her communication. it felt like home as you walk into the spacious lounge, dining. the views are to die for. a great kitchen with all the comforts of home, including a dish washer and washing machine. comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. secure off street parking. lots of shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars 2 minutes drive away. thanks for our stay.

We loved our stay at Amanda's place. The space is clean, beautifully decorated and very convenient. We had a beautiful view out of the window. Amanda was very helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
