Vacation rentals with a pool in Alameda County

Dave's house is in a great location, there is a great view of SF, and he is easy to communicate with. The house is quirky- he definitely lives in it, his photos are everywhere, and his stuff is packed away in boxes and behind wall hangings. It feels very cluttered and lived in, but also quite cozy- like you are staying at a friend's place.

Everything was perfect the house was amazing with its pool and hot tub… Everything mentioned was there but unfortunately the Air-conditioning wasn’t available for the first floor and the fans in the rooms where not enough for cooling. Lastly, Rahel the host was very welcoming and we had an easy check-in. Great communication she was very responsive to our notes…

This house was perfect for our group. It’s a big and unique space, very practical with plenty of living/lounge space, indoor and outdoor dining, great swimming pool, etc. It’s on the older side, but very functional - and has things like air conditioning that aren’t at all givens in the area. WiFi works great, including for work from home. It’s equipped with the basics (and some unexpected odds and ends!), but if you want particular kitchen or bathroom supplies you may want to bring your own. It’s also very easy to pick up anything you need nearby. Would recommend!

A Wonderful Thanksgiving get away! Our family had a great time at Terra & Chris' home celebrating thanksgiving and visiting family. The home was clean, spacious and had multiple bedrooms! Terra & Chris were very responsive & very helpful answering all my questions!! We enjoyed our trip and would book again !

Japa was the most amazing host and made me feel right at home. My fur kids were welcomed and it was lovely to actually get to meet Japa at check in. The home was pristine and well equipped. Beautiful furnishings, lovely bathrooms and comfy beds! It really was my home away from home. Walking distance to the lovely Blackhawk Plaza and a really peaceful community. This is a really special home and everything was perfect. Japa has a heart of gold and just the most wonderful host. Thank you for having us!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your zen townhouse 🙏 🏠 ❤️

so this has been the second time I stay here in past 2and half months now let me tell you the house is described as an older home. 2) for those who talk badly about swimming pools; if you know anything about swimming pools you would know older homes swimming pools are mad outa cement ( ex. go on deep end of pool and try to pool out what appears to be a ring and Google luck doing so) this means dont let appearance fool you. second to the comments saying the washing machine didn't work; year i thought the same thing until my second visit which I would say user error. oh but lastly too those comments which talked badly about the bird YOUR LAME. poor bird didn't would t do anything, I didn't even know it was there during my first visit. personally I plan on visiting again next summer!

Very nice home. They live there and move in and out for guests, just and FYI.

Selamawit’s places is the perfect spot to stay if you ever have business in Oakland – I was there for a local film festival at the Grand Lake Theater. Matching the tranquil location that was within walking distance to all of the excitement of grand Avenue was the impeccable and spacious home as well as Selamawit’s consummate hosting. She was always available, flexible, and attentive to my needs. It was a pleasure to stay in her space I hope to stay there the next time I find myself in the Bay Area.

Very comfortable, clean apartment in a good and peaceful location. Initially there were problems with no power in the master bedroom, internet, TV and the dishwasher but the staff at Synergy customer service sorted those problems with relative expediency. Special thanks to Kelly Peterson who followed up our telephone call and emails regularly keeping us updated.
