The apartment was super clean. Check in was smooth and had great time there at the time of New Year 2025

I Stayed at Stella’s Apartment for about 8 days.The Apartment was very clean and is as what the pictures show.The kitchenette is fine for single pot recipes.The bed was good.The balcony is a great place to spend the nights.The apartment is just few steps away from the black sea.Most of the attractions start from here.The Apartment is close to the Grand Mall where you can watch a movie or shop. It has a supermarket nearby for essentials.The Apartment has a washing machine and drying rack too.On the flip side the apartment could have been stocked with a bottle of shower gel for long stay patrons.However Stella was wonderful and responsive. It was raining a day and i had to go out and reached out stella for an umbrella.She got a new umbrella to help me out.Overall a fivestar.Would definitely stay if i am back in batumi.

I loved this building and the people who stayed in the building were of good quality. The elevators were very quick and smooth. I stayed in the apartment for 1 month. The apartment pictures were the same. He answered my questions instantly, a small issue was resolved right away. I was very satisfied. Would recommend. I think it would be very good if a microwave is added to this apartment for those who stay long as a suggestion. Thank you.

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.
