Great apartment, well situated for seeing sights and enjoyed sitting in the courtyard eating pastries from the bakery

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Kostas proactively contacted us before we arrived and welcomed us with a self-check-in video on arrival. He had organized water, a few beers and some fruit for us in the fridge. We were "very" grateful to him for this as we arrived late. He had also organized different types of coffee for us. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. You immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is really good, as you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, as well as to the old town. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coiffeur salon (lui e lei / ladies) and Danis Hair Salon (men). There is also a nail salon for manicures and pedicures (nails & shine, approx. 8 min). There is also a coffee shop and an Adidas store. Really great! Just perfect! We love Kostas & Greece :) Ps. Mr. Tufan is not just a host but "a role model for those involved in tourism".... I have no words for the house (it has everything and even more than a family will need) we are a family of four persons and we felt like we were in our own home.... We had a great time and every concern I had.... For example: To call a good restaurant for the eve of the year.... Emren’s place was very well situated to everything and had the most gorgeous beach views. It was very well equipped with heating /AC, blockout blinds, soundproof doors in the front, kitchen and bathroom supplies etc. Emren was a wonderful host who was always responsive and friendly. We hope to return soon !

The location of the house is surrounded by nature in a peaceful place to relax. I recommend that you get here by car. Thanks to Mr. Emre, he helped us with all kinds of problems. When we came to Fethiye, they took us home by car. Grocery store - 10 min walk Overall it was a peaceful stay

House was as shown in the pictures. The instead of is quickly reached by car and many different beaches can be visited well by car. The host is very friendly and was always quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend the house.

Since we had a baby, we preferred a villa vacation and it was our first experience . Overall it was nice . The positives were clean for the house, the electronics were working smoothly, it's nice to have everything for you. It had a calm and quiet environment Negatively, the yardware was overly worn and dirty . The towel paper napkins in the house could have been limited to more backups. There was no soap, if we told them at home, maybe they would have supplied it, but we didn't need to. It was far from the city center, you have to go by car wherever you go. We had a nice holiday and experience where we left everything aside, thank you for everything.

Verolucy is the best host! She was very helpful and thorough with instructions and she also gives a lot of great local recommendations! Her place is beautiful, comfortable and luxurious! We loved the jacuzzi and the courtyard is a great place to relax. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom had all the amenities. There were nice touches all over the place. It was nice having a washer there to do a load of laundry. This place really made our vacation so comfortable - we would love to stay again!

Baris's house is special, an old, very nicely renovated house with an annex and swimming pool. It is tastefully decorated. We particularly liked the furniture made of old wood by a carpenter. Everything is very well maintained and clean. It is conveniently located in a small place, is very quiet and you have your privacy. There are good opportunities for shopping and dining on site. From there, diverse excursions to the surrounding area are possible. By car, you can quickly get to Ölüdeniz and Fethiye. We enjoyed our stay and thank Baris for his hospitality.

The house was perfectly clean, the garden was nice and quiet, and the pool was cleaned everyday. We felt at home and will be back as soon as possible. I even told my wife I was going to ask for an option to buy the place.

We are very happy to stay in this house with wonderful sea mountain and valley views, where you can spend time peacefully among nature and greenery. The house was meticulously cleaned. It has its own private parking lot just below the house for your vehicle. You can also benefit from all the amenities of the fullmoon camp located right next to the house. We would like to thank Mr. Okan who contacted us from the moment we made the reservation and helped with everything 🙏

Really enjoyable stay, accommodation exactly as described and this is by far my favourite complex in the area, air conditioning very modern and effective, WiFi connection excellent. Had everything we needed as 2 travelling. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic—very central and convenient, yet just far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful. Although I never got to meet Bleantia or her parents in person, she was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. The spacious terrace was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was also well-equipped with modern amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, oven, kettle, and a Nespresso machine, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again!

I stayed here for 12 days, only wish it could have been longer. It was a great place, the flat was everything and more, the pool area was immaculate. Hakki was a great host, very helpful with any questions I asked. I could not recommend this place enough. One of the most relaxing holidays I’ve ever had.

Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

Eleftherios was very helpful during our stay. Especially when I asked for advice on what to do in Rhodes, I received quick and excellent recommendations. This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Absolutely perfect stay. A little difficult to walk up to with suitcases, but once there, it was absolutely stunning. Gorgeous house, safe, large, spacious rooms, beautiful views, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities and more, a comfortable bed, a bathroom which looked like it came out of a magazine, phenomenal shower and bath, fast wifi, giant kitchen, and fresh citrus in the trees right outside. Short walk to the old town. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
