Extremely beautiful home with stunning views! Its so hard to find somewhere that is private and several other benefits but this fit them all. We will love to come again. Tugay was very great at communicating and recommending things that we needed help with. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to go to turkey!

Ms. Defne and her husband, Mr. Nail, were very interested from the first greeting. Everything needed was available at home. It was amazing to have the house itself, the view, the location, the cleanliness, its own pool. We even had a day of peace at home and in the pool without going out for 1 day:) Landing to the beach, restaurants, shopping places were within walking distance. The advice about the restaurant and area provided by Ms. Defne was great. We left the house with our good memories. I'm definitely thinking about coming back. It was a holiday that deserved the full amount of money for us. Thank you so much 🙏

My extended family and I stayed for a week at this lovely vila and we greatly enjoyed our time. From the pool that was super clean and the joy of the children, to the outdoor fireplace that was perfect for a BBQ, all the way to the spacious interior and wonderful rooms. The location is super peaceful and relaxing, and with our cars it was a quick ride to Dalaman and Sarigerme to visit shops, restaurants, and beaches. Can also highly recommend a day trip to Akyaka (Azmak river is wonderful) or evening walks in Göcek's harbor. The communication with the host was super easy and always quick - thanks Sultan and Katie!

Galip was a friendly and accommodating host who was always available and helpful. The house looked like the pictures and had plenty of space. The location was quite central, by car the center and the promenades were minutes away. We would always recommend the place. Especially if you are planning a vacation as a larger family or group. Deniz hosted us and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave us recommendations and helped us reserve paragliding in Oludeniz. We had a comfortable stay at the apartment. The shared pool is very nice and well maintained. Two small cons were the floors and some chairs were a little dusty and the wifi wasn't the fastest. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The communication of the host was very good, he answered all my questions, he helped me, the house was clean, we stayed with a crowded family, he met my expectations and was not far from the city center

Perfect base prior to Gulet trip. Nicer than the photos, lovely bedding. 2 open plan bedrooms closed off with curtains, plenty of room for family of 4. Migros nearby for self catering groceries.

We loved staying at Claudia’s place - not only was she available as a friendly and knowledgeable person in an unfamiliar town but the house is right inside the old town walls but still very quiet. Most surprising for us is that we could stay in this piece of history - some of the house is hundreds of years old but also with all modern conveniences of aircon and dishwasher - and we had a whole two storey house plus courtyard to ourselves! We were only 2 but could have been 5 and still feel spacious. There is everything you could need — and more.

Very cute village house, everything you need in the house. It has a magnificent garden. It is right in Kayaköy and on foot, you can easily reach everything you need and you have the opportunity to visit the historical Kayaköy. 20 min by car to the city center I recommend going to the cold water bay, we love it. We are always traveling with our dog. The garden of the house is very suitable for the dog. But we had a very sad incident the day we checked in. Our dog beat up one of the chickens around the house and killed him. We also apologize to my host for this again. Also, thank you so much for your understanding. I am really sorry. In summary, we came back with a lot of pleasure from our holiday. Be sure to experience this house. I love it. Happy holidays to everyone in advance.

A nice apartment with everything you could need, and the roof garden is lovely. well positioned just a short walk from the old town, but still fairly easy to find parking and get out of the town to see the rest of the island. Definitely recommend!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay. Mia and Nikkos were incredible responsive, helpful, and kind. The location is unmatched. Very close to great restaurants and local attractions. It’s close to the center, but has a private feel. Very relaxing, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you would need. Staying here enhanced our experience in Rhodes. We will certainly be back! Marina was an excellent host. The house was even larger than I had anticipated, and the location was incredible. It was just a 3-minute walk to popular beach clubs and nice restaurants, and a 20-minute walk to the ferry port. The house was clean, and the beds were genuine large-size beds, not two twins pushed together, making them very comfortable. Although it was July and extremely hot outside, the air conditioning kept the house cool. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Rhodes. Thanks, Marina!

The Villa was spectacular definitely giving the old world feel with a comfortable homey touch! Leonidas was very helpful throughout our stay! I have no complaints, however if you are planning to stay with children and have a stroller make sure it’s suitable for the terrain as walking is required (I had no problem just got a bit more sweaty). There were some ants and mosquitoes in the courtyard so if that’s bothersome to you I would suggest bringing bug spray and keeping the doors closed as they would sneak their way in at times. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Rhodes very much!!!

Michails villa was perfect for what my family & I needed. We hired 2 cars which fit on his drive, these were secured by an electric gate. The road the villa sits on is quite busy so you need someone guiding you out but Greek drivers are forgiving of this. Very secure villa with key lockbox. There are 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds & two bedrooms with two single beds in. Lots of space in the bedrooms. There is a large bathroom which is separated with 2 showers & 2 toilets. Large kitchen with everything you need. Pool area was spacious, 6+ loungers & lovely outside table to have meals. Michail & his family were great hosts, they even gifted us with greek sweet treats & wine. Michail was quick to respond to any questions & offered late check out as our flight was in the evening (this was dependant on if he had another guest the next day). The only downside is probably the distance into the Old Town, but its only a 25 minute walk in to town, most of which is shaded.

We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa. Would have liked to stay longer, but only found it at the last minute and unfortunately it was already booked for extra dates. The pictures actually don’t do this Villa justice. It was lovely and comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Having the TV channels meant I didn’t miss too much of the Olympics either. The neighbourhood was quiet and it was a five minute walk to grocery shops and local restaurants, which we found to be great value. It took us about 15 minutes to walk down to the seafront at Calis with a lot of restaurant and shop choices. We loved the water taxi that took a 30min trip to Fetiye. Our communication with Bob was excellent, always quick to respond and very informative. I would highly recommend this Villa and we really hope we get to come back again in the future.

We had the most idyllic holiday in this wonderful complex for 7 family members to celebrate a special birthday. The swimming pool was well kept with lots of places to sit both in and out if the sun. It was quiet and private and we had a beautiful catered meal first the birthday celebration. Highly recommend.

It was a great place to stay for both short and long stays, everything matches the photos, the inside is very clean. The host is responsive, assisted with all issues that may have arisen. The yard is not expensive, however the property is only 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop to Oludeniz or Fethiye. We chose to stay in Kayaköy as there is clean mountain air and wonderful nature. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa!

We couldn’t recommend Christina’s house enough. Fantastically appointed, lots of home from home comforts, and very clean. It has a brilliant location; short walk to the centre of the old town and harbour, yet quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return next time we visit Rhodes. Christina was very helpful, even organising an airport transfer. Thank you

Eeva was a very nice host. She was quick to help with everything. Before she left, she had made a thoughtful preparation until her treats. We loved his house and provided a sheltered holiday in the pine forests. We hope to see you again next year and have finished our vacation. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
