Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ahipara

Shelley and Graham are the perfect hosts. Their little studio was just perfect for our weekend in Paihia for a wedding up at Bayley’s farm. Quiet and restful. Their fresh eggs were delicious (courtesy of resident chickens) and their coffee and muesli with peaches a breakfast treat. I will be looking up their place again if we are needing a place in Paihia. Thank you both for a lovely stay. ❤️

The home is very well set up and it is very well resourced eg plenty of towels, laundry powder and insects repellent and sun screen. We felt very well looked after. The setting is very quiet and private.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joan's. Beautiful views, nice and very clean. Quiet and provided everything you need. Highly recommend and would stay again when passing by.

Great accommodation, walking distance to everything including the docks and restaurants. Communication was great and checking in was really easy. The location was wonderful with view of the water from the lounge. Accommodation had everything we needed and importantly the bathroom was spotless.

Our group of four had a great time at Peter and Jacqueline’s place and would definitely recommend it to others. The view was amazing (all the bedrooms had water views!). They were so helpful and the two resident cats were charming little co-hosts. We also enjoyed the spa on the upstairs deck—a great way to relax after a day of touring.

Perfectly located beachfront in centre of town. Everything to hand we needed and more. A great base for exploring Bay of Islands

Wow what a fantastic spot. Very spacious and light and such amazing views. Highly recommend for a getaway place to go.

Lovely clean apartment with stunning views of the bay. Fell asleep to the sounds of the waves. Everything v clean and staff are very responsive and helpful. It was also great to have a dedicated parking bay in the shade! Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. We felt completely at home and it was a great base to go exploring. There is a road between the complex and the beach, quite busy during the day but no problem at night. There’s a small shop/cafe just down from the complex.. handy for a coffee or ice cream. If you would like to have coffee in watching the sunrise or dinner watching the sunset, this place is perfect, the deck wraps completely around with 360° spectacular views. Loved our stay, thank you so much Peter!

We felt very welcome. Jenny had great local knowledge and was happy to advise on what to see and do. Sadly we didn’t do it all!, so my guess is, we will be back one day. Honey the dog was lovely 🐾 and cleared the driveway of birds for us on the way up to the house.

From the moment we arrived, the experience felt like an adventure. The long, scenic driveway set the tone, leading up to a charming vintage-style house on a vast, lush property surrounded by paddocks and trees. The location is incredibly private—perfect for a peaceful retreat in the Far North. A lovely walking track takes you to the lake, adding to the property’s charm. The house is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a powerful shower, a dishwasher, and a free-to-use washing machine and dryer. There’s also an outdoor BBQ, WiFi, and a TV with Sky, Netflix, Disney+, and more. The kitchen has everything you need, including a great oven and stove. The beds are comfortable, and the home has all the essentials for a relaxing stay. To top it off, the host is fantastic—always available if needed but respectful of privacy.

What a fabulous house! Set in gorgeous gardens with lovely views from all windows the accommodation is spacious and very well designed. The colour scheme and carefully chosen artwork foster a sense of calm. Supremely comfortable beds and sofa. There is a generous deck and comfy outdoor furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the two bathrooms are modern with excellent showers. Toni is a great host who has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home, with an added touch of luxury.

This has been one of the most beautiful airbnbs we have stayed in so far. The view was absolutely amazing, the house was so cosy we directly felt very welcomed, clean and so much attention to detail. We loved the garden with a great amount of herbs, fruit and veg which we could use for cooking. The communication absolutely smooth and nice - we could even have a late check out which was fantastic. Would love to come back!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Everything was immaculate, modern and had everything we needed and more. The kids room had toys and story books which was appreciated as we had a 1.5 year old. There were plenty of games and puzzles which provided hours of fun for everyone. It’s close to Paihia and even closer to main supermarket which was convenient. The hosts were very helpful and polite. The home was very thoughtful and considerate to guests. We appreciated the stay :)

Would highly recommend Troy’s property we all absolutely loved and will happily return. Nice and peaceful and still close enough to town when you need something. Extremely quick to respond to any query also. Love our stay and will be back. Thank you Troy
