Our recent family gathering at The River House in Gold Beach was an absolute delight, earning it a well-deserved five-star rating! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the easy entry and the impeccably clean and well-decorated interior. It truly felt like a home away from home, and Celeste, our great hostess, deserves special mention for her warm welcome and helpfulness throughout our stay. The house was incredibly well-equipped. We appreciated having all the necessary appliances, and the kitchen was a joy to use with a generous supply of pots, pans, and dishes. We never lacked for anything, including plenty of towels and linens. The convenience of the gas stove for cooking and the bbq for outdoor grilling were fantastic additions. Even with the winter rains, we stayed perfectly comfortable thanks to the efficient electric space heat in each room and the cozy fireplaces, which added a lovely ambiance. The River House provided the perfect setting for our family gathering.

Michele’s place was amazing, it was so wonderful to be able to wake up and look out at the waves. We enjoyed walking the beach, sitting in the hot tub under the stars at night, and the nice big living room and kitchen space! Michele was also really responsive and quick to help when we accidentally locked ourselves out. So nice to have her and her contractor local and so quick to support! We’d definitely recommend!

Amazing stay! Had everything you would need for a great stay. Dishes, pots and pans, stove, oven, tons of towels and utensils, comfy bed, great tv and streaming options, the whole 9 yards! The location of the rv is very private, but it is still close enough that stores are nothing but a 5 minute drive away. Bonnie and Christopher were so responsive whenever I had a problem or a concern and were kind enough to allow me to check in early! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed during my travels and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Gold Beach!
