I loved this place... Good private feeling as tou own the property for that person and have gate and inside parking. made very thoughtfully including outside shower and tap to wash off yourself after returning from beach. very few shops around enough for needs and make the surrounding peaceful and less commercial. 1.5 km away you have a market you get most of the things in Tadri and also it's a launch place for cruise and boating too. only issue was initially it was little difficult to find on map..but it was in close proximity and we found out easily. The other issue is may be mobile network is not always good so with the wifi... so keep your backup plan.

we had a great stay at shantidham, the location is so amazing and the hosts so welcoming. even the food is good and the cottages were so spacious with all necessary amenities. in fact we enjoyed our stay in Gokarna mainly because of this place. the offbeat experience was just amazing.

Good, comfortable beach guest house which is 2 minutes away from a beach. The location has a couple of other resorts and guest houses - so it doesn't feel isolated. There's a common restaurant for all resorts where food is decent. Service - whether Prateek or Dinesh - was very responsive. Rooms are new and well kept. Peaceful and quiet for families to stay. What can improve - room service from restaurant can be allowed. No lift

Manju is an excellent host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He allowed us an early check-in, helped with scooter rentals, shared a detailed itinerary, recommended cafes, and arranged affordable transportation to and from the station. The property is clean, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers a peaceful environment. Room is comfortable, with 24/7 hot water and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is convenient, with the main beach just a 10-minute walk, the shopping street 20 minutes away, and the Mahabaleshwar Temple also within walking distance. Manju and his family were very supportive, even allowing us to store luggage after checkout until our evening train. A great place for a safe, peaceful staycation—highly recommended!
