This cottage was so lovely & welcoming. The little summer house in the garden was great for the kids to play in & they loved the toys & books available in their room. Our little dog enjoyed playing in the garden and his dog treats that were included in the welcome parcel. The cottage was clean, comfy and we loved the real log fire which made the cottage feel even more cosy. There was loads of info on where to visit, and we did one of the small walks listed. Jennie was a really friendly host. We would definitely recommend this cottage & hope to go back one day ☺️

We so enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house was so stunning with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable and relaxing time. The beds were amazing too! I can’t think of anything to say which describes how thrilled we were with it all. Germaine is truly the best host she responded immediately to any messages and was kind and friendly. We loved the layout of this place—upstairs living and downstairs sleeping worked perfectly for us. The floors were quite noisy, but thankfully, with toddlers around, most of our group was already used to a little extra noise! If you're comfortable driving up steep roads, this venue is well worth it. It was wonderfully warm inside, so much so that we didn’t even get a chance to use the fire! There are plenty of activities and adventures within a 15 to 30-minute drive, but the on-site games room is a great option for fun as well. While we didn’t get to explore nearby walks, we noticed plenty of people parked close by, suggesting there’s lots to enjoy in the area. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place!

Lovely little cottage in the perfect spot for a quiet Welsh getaway. Really close to everything we needed in town and a great location for exploring Snowdonia by car!

Great stay, house was as described and in a good location. Previous comments about damp were unfounded and probably just linked to increased condensation due to the sauna room being in the house. House kept lovely and warm and had all the equipment needed with off road parking. Overall I would not hesitate to come back here again.

I’d definitely recommend adding more photos to the listing. The place seemed lovely upon booking but really felt undersold once we were there. Great accommodation, kind welcome hamper and cozy atmosphere. Would come back and would highly recommend!

Visited here for a weekend break with 2 of my friends. Dyfan’s home was cleaned to the highest standard. We had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the little fire in the living room made the room feel very cosy. Dyfan was a great host, friendly and responsive and offered us a late check out due to not having another booking that day which made our stay even more stress free. Thank you so much! Would return and recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is perfectly located and within minutes of the nearest beach in Criccieth. The high street and promenade are also extremely close and made all of the lovely parts of the town very accessible. Ann was very friendly and happy to help. The place was well looked after and cared for.

Absolutely wonderful stay. It was our second time staying here, and the cinema room was an amazing upgrade! Perfect room to relax in after a long hike. The space is so lovely and has everything you need for a long weekend. Jonathan and Gwen were such lovely hosts and left complementary Prosecco and treats, with added petals for Valentine’s Day. They were super responsive and lovely hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay. Roomy apartment with great views. Everything we needed was available. Easy walking distance to town. Woul definately stay again as we are regular visitors to the area and we couldnt fault the apartment

The Stables was near all the shops and restaurants in Ruthin and close to the castle where we were going in the morning for a spa day. The apartment was characterful and cosy and ideal for myself and 2 other adult friends. The lack of parking at the accomodation wasn't an issue as the cark park on Dog lane was very close and only £4 for 24 hours. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the nearby small plates. I can't comment on how easy it was to find the Stables as we arrived in Ruthin a few hours before check in and just happened to stumble across the accomodation while we were looking around the town. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a lovely town.

Wonderful host, friendly and helpful. The property was clean and spacious, had all the amenities you could need and extras, such as cleaning products, tea coffee etc. We even had a Christmas tree and some Quality Street left for us which was a lovely touch! Location was great, we were unlucky with the weather so didn’t get to make the most of the surroundings. Would definitely recommend Maria and her property. Thank you ☺️

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

You get a really homely feel here - very relaxing - you can really kick back and enjoy the super waterside garden and all the amazing treats on offer - it really is a one-of-a-kind AirBnB - everything has been thought about - and I mean everything. Beautiful little place to stay. Right in the middle of Llangollen so within walking distance to everything. Very cosy nice and warm and really comfy bed just had to remember about the bunk on top so not to bump my head 😊 Spotlessly clean with all really modern facilities. A little hidden gem and would definitely stay again.

Jo’s place was delightful in every way. The location is perfect. It is right on the river walk, quiet and peaceful, and is literally a two minute walk from really nice restaurants and shops. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, and Jo was so kind to leave us cereals, milk, yogurt, eggs, bagels, juice, and hot drinks. Everything was pristine and clean. We were able to get caught up on our laundry (washer and dryer). We also had a fire one evening in the little stove. Everything was wonderful and we highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment, loved the decor and Katy is an amazing host providing Bacon, Eggs and Milk for breakfast which was a lovely unexpected touch. Would definitely recommend and will look to stay again for longer in the summer
