Really lovely apartment. Big and very comfy bed with a nice modern bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed and was really nice. Was decorated really well and the milk and Welsh cakes were a nice surprise. Fab location

Dermot and Lynda were excellent hosts, Storm Darragh hit properly the day we were meant to go home and they let us stay 2 extra nights for free! They just asked that we donate to a homeless charity of some kind, which we did. Thank you both, Dermot especially, for being in constant contact with us throughout the storm, and the extra nights stay. Really helped to know we had someone to go through the powercuts, flooding, and all the trees that ended up blocking all the ways out of Aber!

We absolutely loved our stay in Craig & Jenny’s flat. It was so cosy, comfortable and relaxing with absolutely everything you could need, and beautifully decorated too. We are so glad we chose this place as the base for our lovely holiday, which we enjoyed immensely. The flat was very easy to find, the instructions were so clear and Craig & Jenny provided loads of information to make everything really convenient. If we find ourselves in the area once more we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for everything.

We had a very enjoyable few days in Aberystwyth. We stayed at this place on the recommendation of some friends who'd stayed there a few weeks earlier - we weren't disappointed. The flat is equipped to a very high standard, is clean and cosy. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the town centre with all its shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. However the best part of our stay was simply sitting in the warmth of the living room, watching the crashing waves of the sea across the road and watching the world go by. This AirBnB definitely comes 'highly recommended'.

We’ve had a wonderful mini-break and thoroughly recommend staying here. It makes a nice change to see an AirBnB so thoughtfully decorated and was such a lovely space to catch up with our daughters. The kitchen was kitted out with everything you could possibly need and more. The massive sofas were so nice to relax on of an evening. The showers were amazing, so powerful that I want to have the same at home! Just so many nice touches everywhere which make such a difference. Gorgeous local shops with the sea straight in front of you, what’s not to love!

A very convenient apartment in a beautiful setting with great views over the harbour. Emma is a very helpful and thoughtful host. It’s our fourth time there - which speaks volumes!!

We had a great time staying at the annex. It had everything you could possibly need and more. Linda kindly allowed us to check in a little bit earlier than what was stated and brought round some milk and tea cakes later. It had such a cosy and homely feel. The annex was spotless and the instructions provided were priceless! The outside area was completely enclosed so perfect if you are bringing a dog. The pup and I will be sure to come back to explore the parts of Snowdonia we didn’t get the chance to this time. Thanks for having us🤩

Rich was a fantastic host looking after my elderly parents! The welcome pack was unexpected and a welcomed treat. The accommodation was comfortable and as described the location was perfect for what they wanted and to meet with family. Rich was the perfect host from start to finish and communication excellent we couldn’t have wanted anything else and will look forward to staying again! Thank you! 😊

The apartment is very clean and tidy. It is conveniently located for reaching out to nearby restaurants on foot and for driving to some scenic spots within a reasonable distance. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset with sea view within two minutes' walk from the apartment. However, as we have six persons living in this apartment, it will be good if two parking permits could be arranged for tenants upon request. Although we could still find free parking spaces nearby during 4:00pm to 10:00am, it would be less convenient and flexible for us.

because I arrived after 6 the roads were easy to park on. Then it was a short walk behind the high street and up the alleyway (which was a little dark! thank goodness for phone torches) once I got to the door I had a little panic at how low the door was and hoping that inside wasn't the same height! luckily once inside the place was amazing for just me! plenty of places to relax, lots of space to cook, spacey bathroom and a very comfy bed! communication with the host was great, had a couple of questions about parking which he's probably had thousands of times but still polite and friendly enough to treat me like it was his first time. Overall would use again when visiting the family!

The apartment and area are a little piece of heaven. The apartment has stunning views and everything you could possibly need for your break away. Great base to explore the area around and I recommend a train journey to take in the stunning scenery.

Beautiful location with breath taking views of the coast, the accommodation itself was superb with everything we needed. Extremely clean throughout and spacious with a modern contemporary yet homely feel, we will be back again soon. Thanks for a great stay

We had a fantastic stay at Alex’s place.The location is just a short walk to the beach and close to a lot of shops/restaurants. The outdoor area was a lovely, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring!! Overall, this place is definitely worth the money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Highly recommended!

What was supposed to be a catch up with family to swap presents before Xmas, turned out to be a front row seat for Storm Darrah. The apartment was exactly as described & we were warm & cosy despite the worst the weather had to throw at us, after the storm, glorious sunshine. Next time we’ll come back in the summer, then we can sit on the balcony & watch the sunset.

I booked this place because, sadly, we needed to be in the area to go to a family funeral, and so we really wanted somewhere to stay that felt comforting and homely. This place met and exceeded all of our expectations! We walked in, and felt special from the outset. The apartment was much bigger than I'd realised from the photos and so beautifully laid out and considered. Just lovely! I did initially struggle to find the apartment, with my SatNav taking me on an obscure route. Then, the name of the apartment block is hidden around the side of the building, so I also struggled to correctly identify which block we were in, or which patio doors to look for. BUT, I got there, and it went smoothly from then on. I was tired and anxious, so that didn't help either. Mel is very kind and helpful, so do ask for extra direction if you're worried about finding it. I'd definitely stay here again, and would recommend to others too.

All I can say is wow the hideaway is the most beautiful place. The garden is outstanding such a gorgeous place to sit and enjoy with friends and family and use the hot tub. The hot tub was warmed ready for our arrival which was nice. The accommodation was soo clean and welcoming. We didn’t have to fuss bringing shampoos, conditioners and hair dryers etc as they were all provided as was teas and coffees. The beds were very comfortable we all slept very well. The on-suits in the bedrooms are all modernly designed with powerful showers. The hosts are very helpful and friendly anything you need they are straight over to help. The local shop is just around the corner for any bits you need and great location if you want to visit the lovely portmerion. We could have stayed forever 10/10 stay we had the best time for my mothers 60th birthday.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the beautiful Welsh countryside. We had a very happy time.

A great peaceful location, with lots to do for the kids. The games room was fabulous and the gym was a good escape for the adults! The farm tour was also fun for the kids. Would recommend.

Me and my partner wanted somewhere we could switch off and relax for two nights and this was the perfect place! The cottage was very cosy and the hot tub was a very welcomed addition! Would definitely recommend and look at going again due to how close you are to walking trails, other towns and villages etc.

Would highly recommend the Loft! Set in beautiful countryside, this cosy space with sloping roof and wooden beams was the perfect getaway. If it's not raining, there's walks, cycle rides and badger spotting; if it's raining, there's a hot tub and plenty of books! Would happily stay here again - Alison & Andre were communicative and helpful. Only thing to mention is the Wifi is only 2Mbps so doesn't allow streaming/TV, only light usage.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Very well equipped inside. Enjoyed the hot tub and modern Tvs. Inside shower was very good and all kitchen appliances. Nic comfy bed and good dining area. Would come back again definitely.

Beautiful accommodation in a great quiet location. Immaculate inside and the tub was so relaxing. Siwan was very helpful in providing all the details needed for our trip. We will be back :-)

I have NOTHING negative to say about Gary or the Cottage. Warm, cosy and peaceful Cottage, Home from home and we felt instantly comfortable. A good sized bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom with bath and another large bathroom with shower off the hall. Kitchen stocked with absolutely everything including welcome cakes, milk and lager. The outdoor space is just stunning! We loved a cuppa sat on the swing seats whilst overlooking the large pond and all the wildlife. We had visiting ducks and 2 of the largest swans I’ve ever seen. Beautiful, peaceful and private hot tub which is just gorgeous. We found it so relaxing in the evening whilst it was raining. Really nice ambience with pretty lighting and complete privacy. Gary was a friendly, helpful host. Was always on hand and we asked if he had any dvd’s we could watch and he called with a huge box of all genres. Nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely loved our break and we will def be going back! Thank you Gary!
