This house is beautiful, delightful setting, lovely property very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We spent Christmas there and it was a fabulous place to stay with the family. The location is stunning and the local people so very friendly. I would recommend it highly!

We’ve had a wonderful mini-break and thoroughly recommend staying here. It makes a nice change to see an AirBnB so thoughtfully decorated and was such a lovely space to catch up with our daughters. The kitchen was kitted out with everything you could possibly need and more. The massive sofas were so nice to relax on of an evening. The showers were amazing, so powerful that I want to have the same at home! Just so many nice touches everywhere which make such a difference. Gorgeous local shops with the sea straight in front of you, what’s not to love!

such great hosts , friendly, responded immediately to emails. We felt like we were welcome there, lovely treats waiting for us.The apartment is beautiful. I highly recommend this host and we will be booking with them again in the future.

We had an excellent mini break at John’s place, super clean and tidy, very high standards, a fully enclosed front and rear garden was perfect for our dog. We even managed breakfast out the back on the terrace, surprisingly mild for this time of year… it was a perfect base to relax and reflect. Local amenities were good too. Would definitely return.

Just had a fantastic 3 night stay at Sharon's house, what a wonderful place to stay, so cosy. Clearly alot of time and effort has been spent on the house, it had everything we needed, in a great location for Barmouth and surrounding area including the beach. After a day of exploring, returning to the log burner was perfect. Sharon was there if we needed her with quick replies. Giving us the heads up that the dolphins were visiting was brilliant! The 4 of us watched them from the top bedroom window one morning....an incredible memory for our family. Love this place, wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and will definitely stay again!

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. Lovely stay and location. Emma was very helpful and the process was simple.

Very easy check-in via Park Security with no issues. Found the Lodge with little difficulty and we were delighted with the property. The lodge is spacious and extremely comfortable. Quality furnishings and fixtures throughout. The deck was terrific, it was so quiet and peaceful and you barely saw or heard anything from the surrounding area. Simon couldn’t have been more helpful and responded so quickly to any queries we had. We were blessed with a few sunny days at the end of our stay that made it perfect.

Great place to stay for Snowdonia national park, beaches and Portmeireon. Quiet time of year for our stay. Well stocked kitchen and great instructions for bathroom use.

It’s A great location if you want to be near the beach. We was staying here because we was doing the snowdon hike. Which is about 40min away. The accommodation was great, clean and as described. Couldn’t work out the living room sofa bed but lucky there was enough beds so it wasn’t a problem. Definitely will come back again and will recommend it to anyone. The host was very informative and helpful. Thanks again.

This property was perfect for us. We celebrated our 60th birthdays here with a group of 5 ladies which are all best friends . The house was perfect as there is the wonderful communal out door space! The kitchen is perfect for a large group like us and contains an abundance of crockery cutlery kitchenware. Literally everything you need. We spent three nights here and walked to the beach several times as it is less than a 5 minute walk. The local amenities are plentiful. Overall I would highly recommend this property. Jamie the owner was so helpful & had thought of everything and was so helpful. I am so grateful we got to spend our 60th birthdays here .

It enables me to recharge my batteries and relax in a beautiful and majestic part of Wales.

We can’t fault our family holiday. Stunning views, looking over an area of grass and sea, safe enough to watch the kids play out and enjoy a relax on the decking. The place was relaxing, indoor pool and gym were a bonus. Ryan is also very accommodating should you have any questions. We will definitely be back again, thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane’s place. The views were stunning and it was very peaceful. We were lucky with the weather during our stay, so made the most of the balcony. The house was spotlessly clean, was furnished nicely and the bathroom was gorgeous. This house is a perfect location for seeing other places in North Wales! We hope to visit again one day!

Our third festive stay. We love this place. Perfect for hosting family who live locally. Lots of communal space and space to spread out. Fabulous to stay in a place with such a well equipped kitchen too particularly at Xmas. Thank you.

My family and I had a lovely stay! What a gorgeous home! So clean and modern. A short walk to the beach and short drives to other local areas. We stayed for Christmas and there was a Christmas tree set up in the lounge for us, along with a bottle of wine & treats for my dog. On Christmas even the host was kind enough to deliver us a parcel of items including bread, butter, milk, chocolate etc - what a lovely touch! Thank you for having us & we cannot wait to be back! Had a wonderful time staying in This cozy little cabin! It was clean, warm and had everything you need for a little get away! Perfect location for visiting Snowdon as well! Couldn't recommend more!

I've been staying in this place a few times now and I always enjoy coming back. The location is brilliant, the views amazing, and Mike a perfect host. I'll be back for sure!

The cottage was right by the beach with lovely big views from the conservatory. It was fully equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the walk over the cliff to the funicular into Aberystwyth. The caravan site is quite close, but the house was quiet and had its own garden space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Debbie.

we really enjoyed our stay over christmas. the house was beautiful and had everything we needed. waking up to the view and fresh air everyday was lovely. sue gave us clear instructions how to get to the house and how to get in and she made sure it was nice and warm for us and left a light on so we could easily find it in the dark. she even put some christmas decorations out for us which was really nice. the house felt very homely. sue has been a great host and she was always available if we had any questions.

A stunning beach side setting. Lovely clean and homely house with everything you need. A large patio and also a bedroom balcony help make the best of the beach setting.
