Built on an elevated location with prominent views of Kos town, the coastline and nearby islands provides the ideal location for a relaxing holiday. A very unique house with invaluable history and magnificent views of the sunrise and sunset located in a peaceful area within a 15-min walk to Kos town centre and 5-min cycle to the nearest beaches.

The Sunset Windmill is located at the village of Oia overlooking Santorini’s world famous sunset. On the first floor balcony are located the outdoor Jetted tub and the sitting area which offer spectacular panoramic views of caldera and the crystal waters of the Aegean sea. It is a family windmill that has been transformed into a home with great care offering its guests all the comforts. It has a unique view. It overlooks the entire Aegean Sea, the peaks of Mount Pelion, but also the Castle of Volissos. One of its key features is that it is powered by solar energy (green energy).
