Vacation rentals with a home theater in Aegean Islands

Muhammed was extremely responsive helpful, even carried our bags up the stairs. The elevator has been decommissioned due to issues previously, so be warned that there are 3 flights of stairs to climb. Parking is also challenging. The apartment is actually BETTER than the pictures, the kitchen is large and a stunning view of the sea. I’d highly recommend the apartment and Muhammed to deal with.

Excellent host who wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Vassilis was always friendly and professional. He was super responsive when a couple of issues cropped up. He addressed them quickly. If you are there on a Thursday, the weekly laïki (open air market) is in the parking lot across the street - great for fresh produce. There is a super market (MyMarket) a couple of blocks down the street and Hondos department store across the street. Very close to a couple of our favorite tavernas: Zahoulis and Proedros (Ο Πρόεδρος).

I had a fantastic stay at Vasileios and Litsa’s beautiful B&B. Perfectly situated in Chania in quiet yet accessible area, it’s an excellent place for an extended stay. They were both very responsive throughout my stay, and shared some local recommendations which made my trip go very smoothly! Can’t recommend this B&B highly enough really, it was perfect in every way.

Burak was very proactive and helpful. His advice was instrumental in configuring our itinerary to efficiently fit in both Gallipoli and Troy during our two night stay. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit those historical sites as it is perfectly situated. His restaurant recommendations were excellent as well. The flat was as described, comfortable and secure. We enjoyed our stay and wish Burak well.

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed the several beaches within walking distance. The supermarket, shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. We also rented a car for a few days to several cities such as Rethimno (and the Arkadi monastery) and Heraklion (and Knossos) and we visited the botanical garden and walked the Samaria gorge. Chania is close to the property and well worth visiting. Everything was present in the house!

The apartment is extremely lovely as well as our stay was unique... The area is quite and walkable... There was privacy... The apartment is just like in the photos and even better in person... It felt like home away from home... Joanna, thank you so much...

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. This was such a comfy stay! We were really happy to treat ourselves to this flat over the winter for one week! The views are fantastic while being only a 15min walk to the old town! Georgio was super responsive and made sure we had all we needed. It was fabulous to try a jacuzzi while it was so cold outside! The beds were comfy, everything was pretty much fantastic :) thank you!

This is a great place to stay. We loved it. Perfect. Four great bedrooms with en-suite shower and bathroom. Hot-tub was massive and a perfect place to rest after a swim in the sea, which is just outside the gate. Super helpful owner too ! Fabulous.

I had the pleasure of staying at Michalis and Irene's house for a night on my way back from my travels, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a tasteful, artistic touch that made it feel like a home away from home. Michalis and Irene were incredibly helpful and friendly hosts, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, especially for those needing to be close to the airport, as it's just a short distance away. It's also conveniently near Kifisia, which has a variety of amenities, and medical centers are within easy reach as well. While I only stayed overnight, I could easily see this being an ideal spot for a longer family stay, offering both convenience and comfort. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! Georgios and Chryssa are great hosts. Their home is amazing, and the private pool, steam room, barbeque and garden are fantastic features. The home entertainment system is fabulous too and you almost don't want to step out at all! The place is very close to Iraklio and a perfect location to explore Eastern and Central Crete. Georgios has great recommendations on local places to visit and for dining. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Great place and great and helpful host

We felt very pampered by Christina. She even met us by the port to direct us to her place and introduced us to her family who live up above. She cares a great deal to be sure her guests have a positive experience and provided many extra benefits for us during our lovely stay in Patmos. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and lacking in nothing. I highly recommend this place which is only a few steps from the ferry port.

Very good location and quiet street. Recommended for a young couple that does not this much time at home. Joanna was super friendly, answered immediately and very willing. He even had a detail with us on his birthday.

Very nice apartment. Clean and with all the essentials. In a very convenient location. We'd prefer it again.

The house did not have its own parking lot. Since it was a very central location due to its location, it was impossible to find parking on the streets. We had to leave it in a private parking lot across 2 streets. We paid an extra parking fee of 23 euros in Günlğk. The location of the house is very nice within walking distance to everywhere. It was 2-3 minutes walk from the white tower of Thessaloniki and the beach. There are no problems to say about the cleanliness of the house. Everything was shown in the pictures.

Nice location close to everything. Perfect apartment for an immersion in the Cretan atmosphere. We recommend this apartment without hesitation or reservation.

We stayed at the accommodation for four nights. It was very exceptional. We especially liked the lighting. We had booked the hot tub but in the end did not use it, as the time to heat up took us too long. We didn't like the neighborhood so much as it was very dirty. The connection to the metro was great, just five minutes from the front door.
