Duplex with sea and mountain views in Kaz Mountains

Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains, 3 km away from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest views in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, a seating area (there can be a sofa bed for 3 people), an open kitchen and a balcony, and on the upper floor there is 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.

Evimiz ormanın içinde 4 bin metrekare bahçe içerisinde 2 katlı 400 m2 , 5 odalı 3 banyolu , açık mutfak ve salon barındırmaktadır. Çevredeki bir çok alternatif ile birlikte , şehrin gürültüsünden uzak doğayla iç içe olma imkanı sunmaktadır. Evimiz merkezi şömine sistemi ile ısınmaktadır.Şömineler yandığı zaman tüm peteklere sıcaklık gitmektedir.Aynı zamanda kış bahçemizde kuzine sobamız , odalarda da elektrikli ısıtıcılarımız mevcuttur. Rezervasyon yaparken lütfen kişi sayısı belirtiniz.

İstanbul’dan Kaz Dağları’na göç eden iki kardeşiz. Yıllar önce hayalimiz olan bir barı (Antre No.4) burada kurduk; 3 yıl boyunca güzel anılar biriktirdiğimiz, çevresiyle bütünleşmiş özel bir alan yarattık. Zamanla gece hayatının temposu yerini başka bir huzur arayışına bıraktı. Şimdi bu evi, yaşanmışlıkları ve atmosferiyle birlikte sizinle paylaşıyoruz. You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the village's stone oven and visit our village market.
