Our stay at Maria’s charming historical villa on the stunning island of Favignana was pure bliss. From the moment she picked us up at the harbor, we felt her warm and kind-hearted nature. Despite my Italian not being perfect, we understood each other effortlessly and felt a deep, mutual connection. We spent our days on the beautiful terrace, enjoying swims in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters of our secluded cala. The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the island by bike, e-bike, or motorbike. We chose regular bikes, embracing the “dolce far niente” vibe as we leisurely explored every corner of the island’s beauty. Despite Maria describing the villa as small, it felt like a luxurious paradise with everything we needed and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and discover Favignana’s charm. We’ll definitely be back if we’re lucky enough to find this magical villa available again. We thouroughly enjoyed our time in Favignana, and Marco & his place contributed to this a lot. he is a very welcoming host and gave us nice tips & information on the island. the apartment is spacious and has everything you need to relax, incl. a great private rooftop terrace with a view on the sea and Levanto. everything is in close walking distance.

This listing is absolutely stunning and in a prime yet quiet location. There are plenty of amenities - AC, outdoor kitchen, a lovely bathroom, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. Rocco was a stellar host - he picked us up from the port and gave us a guided tour of the downtown area. He has great taste in restaurants - Formica was spectacular. I would recommend this location to everyone and hope to be back in the future. Favignana is a very special place!!
