Guesthouse vacation rentals in Adjara

Giorgi, his family and their little dog Coco gave us a warm welcome. They were caring, helpful and at the same time discreet. The apartment is well located, 10 minutes by walk from the center of Batumi in a quiet neibourhood. Extremely recommended host and apartment. We will be back Giorgi ! Didi madloba !

We loved staying at Irma's! We stayed for a week in September. Very quiet street which is good for relaxing with a small child (11 months). Nice house, on the second floor there is a lovely open kitchen with gas tiles and everything you need for cooking, fridge, sink. We stayed in a back room with a private bath, quiet and calm. You can walk close to the sea, beautiful promenade. We really liked Irma's family, she is a wonderful host herself, she helped us, our friends came to town for one night and we invited them to stay at Irma's place in the next room. We will warmly remember this vacation if we still visit Kobuleti we will want to stay with her again. Thank you very much!

It's not a fashionable hotel, it's rather like a countryside house, but a big one, with stairs, balconies and all the necessary amenities. The room was alright, simple, rather clean, spacious enough for a family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts are friendly and ready to help. The view is nice. The sea is at 1 min walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Miranda and her husband were great hosts. This is my second stay there, but this time they landscaped the entire yard which made my stay even more pleasurable. Short walk to the sea and plenty of store's nearby. Recommend

Great place to feel Georgian hospitability. We were impressed by delicious Ajarian dishes made by Tamila. Perfect destination to enjoy mountain views and have a peaceful time.

The apartment is great, nice renovation, bathroom with shower cabin, everything is clean, there is air condition, iron, washing machine, large dining table, has everything for cooking. Fast internet. The apartment is located on the second floor, the windows overlook the quiet courtyard. The city center with cafes and the shore is about a 15-minute walk, there are grocery stores nearby. Elene is responsive, attentive hostess, always available. I had a great stay here and would recommend this.

Great host and great place

Yard is much better, then o photos. Our kids spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. Tinatin and Ilya are great hosts and super nice. They are living in the house next door and are always ready to help you with any issues.
