The Mavi’s apartment was clean and spotless when I arrived. It was very cozy. There is a nice view of the sea. Everything mentioned in the description was accurate. I left something behind after i checked out and she immediately messaged me to let me know and offered an arrangement for me to pick it up. She is very honest. I would definitely stay here again next time I am visiting the area!

Avtandil is a superhost! He is a kind man and with a great heart to his guest. We are so thankful and blessed to have a host like him and his family. We have been to many countries and lived in Airbnb homes but he is the best host we ever met. We return to Batumi to live here during the Covid-19. We decided to choose Avtandil' s home again. The is another apartment. Our kids loves all his apartments. It's beautifully designed. Clean sheets and towels. Closeby to beach, markets, pharmacy and salons. It's the best locations. After the Covid-19 over this place became more vibrant and lively. We had an amazing holiday! You will be so safe here and well taken care by Avtandil and his family. Thank you so much from the bottom of our heart.

We stayed with a child for a week, incredibly hospitable, hospitable and attentive hosts! It was very clean, there is everything you need for comfort in the house, down to the smallest details)for a child and a crib and there were toys) Also special thanks for the magnificent cookies that Alexandra made as a compliment and you🤍 had a delicious Georgian wine, like at home✨

This one was the best stay I had. It felt right at home. Very clean and had all the amenities. It's out done my expectations. Really recommend this place to everyone coming to Batumi. This place has the best views. Its a little far from the city centre but you can always take a cab its very cheap to get to the city centre.

This is a very nice, fresh, clean, well-stocked apartment. We had a great time at the Dreamland Oasis complex. You need to understand that the apartment corresponds to the hotel room in its own size. The most lovely part of this apartment is the small terrace with its own garden. It compensates for the lack of space in the apartment.

this is the second time I check into this hotel, very clean, warm. There is a bathrobe, towels. The repair is fresh, with such a sea vibe. Breakfast is included in the price, delicious scrambled eggs, fruits. There is a water cooler, 24/7 there is water. The staff is very friendly, helped me. Almost everyone knows how to speak Russian. The balcony is cool, there are chairs and tables. Very good value for money

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Fine apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a lot of space. Outstanding mountain view. Recommended!

We had organized a family meeting, everyone had found a place. There were a total of five of us with an infant. The terrace is wonderful for relaxing, you have an unobstructed view of the sea and look directly at the sunset. The accommodation is equipped with the necessary inventory, you can prepare something yourself or visit one of the restaurants that can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The owner was easily accessible and also quickly organized a crib for us. All in all, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.
