I felt comfortable as if I were at home. The location is also within walking distance to everywhere and I was very pleased with the view it offered.

Great time at Rati' apartment! Recommend to everybody! Nice flat with wonderful location! Everything as on photos. Don't afraid from the 4th floor without elevator, after Georgian restaurants you need a little bit sport 😉

The Mavi’s apartment was clean and spotless when I arrived. It was very cozy. There is a nice view of the sea. Everything mentioned in the description was accurate. I left something behind after i checked out and she immediately messaged me to let me know and offered an arrangement for me to pick it up. She is very honest. I would definitely stay here again next time I am visiting the area!

Avtandil is a superhost! He is a kind man and with a great heart to his guest. We are so thankful and blessed to have a host like him and his family. We have been to many countries and lived in Airbnb homes but he is the best host we ever met. We return to Batumi to live here during the Covid-19. We decided to choose Avtandil' s home again. The is another apartment. Our kids loves all his apartments. It's beautifully designed. Clean sheets and towels. Closeby to beach, markets, pharmacy and salons. It's the best locations. After the Covid-19 over this place became more vibrant and lively. We had an amazing holiday! You will be so safe here and well taken care by Avtandil and his family. Thank you so much from the bottom of our heart.

The room is very good, clean and nice view at the swimming pool. The location is amazing and near everything.

A large and cozy house just a few minutes from the sea. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. Mark is a very responsive and friendly host.

Comfortable apartment with everything you need: kitchen appliance, microwave, washing machine. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Also there is a 24-hours store in the same building. Everything was great.

The house was spotless and far exceeded our expectations. There were all the amenities, everything we would need was available in the apartment. We stayed on the 28th floor and the elevator was a little scared, but it didn't cause any problems. There are shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. The European square took 10 minutes via taxi to places like the statue of nino with ali. Mayya was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed. It was a nice experience, thank you ☺️

This is a very nice, fresh, clean, well-stocked apartment. We had a great time at the Dreamland Oasis complex. You need to understand that the apartment corresponds to the hotel room in its own size. The most lovely part of this apartment is the small terrace with its own garden. It compensates for the lack of space in the apartment.

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Batumi.Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Close to beach and promenade,supermarket ,shops and restaurants.The only slight negative is the poor soundproofing but that is due to the building and no fault of the host.
