Tiny house vacation rentals in Adirondack Mountains

I was coming into the Adirondacks to do some backpacking. We were going to be arriving late and starting the trip early in morning, so we just needed a place to crash for the night and sort some gear in the morning while we had breakfast. This was a perfect spot and exactly what we needed, though it would have been tempting to relax there for a few days.

Sharon accommodated us with just a few days notice when we decided to do a quick weekend away after Thanksgiving, with our dogs. The cottage was wonderfully cozy and I especially loved the pine scent that greeted us every time we walked in (the bedside heater was also amazing). There were many thoughtful touches, including a handwritten welcome note and coat rack right by the door (especially useful in the winter), and the path to the cottage was newly shoveled each morning so we could enjoy the snow without getting it in our boots (big thank you for that)! Sharon was also very willing to accommodate one of my anxious dogs by assisting in coordinating time outside in the shared backyard. Sharon is a wonderful host and her property is special. Would love to stay again! Thank you!

Such a fun airbnb, had a magical time! They described the place perfectly, and we found lots of games and an audiobook to fall asleep to. It was snowing outside, but the heater worked so well we never felt cold. Definitely recommend and we hope to come back again!!

Absolute comfort! Super easy to find the Hudsonview cabin and park close enough to bring in our things without any struggle, even in the snow. We booked the hot tub spa for 7am and awoke to a beautiful, quiet, secluded and serene landscape, and even though it was cold outside the spa was warm inside, and the jets were so soothing. The cabin itself had lots of lamps and lighting options and a truly cozy and comfortable sofa, plus dining chairs and table. The kitchen area had all we needed for meal prep. We have stayed at so many places where there are no lamps or tables, and where the furniture is painful to sit on, so we really appreciated how our hosts made everything so homey and liveable, yet totally clean and tidy. Thank you so much.

The cabin is located in a private setting, yet it’s within a short drive to Lake Placid, Whiteface, and the Keene/Keene Valley area. We had an excellent time and experienced our first snow of the season! Penny was an excellent host and checked in with us to be sure we didn’t have any issues. Would highly recommend!!

I stayed here with my husband and two daughters. It was a little weekend get away from home and it was perfect. Great location with lots to do. The kids loved seeing all the animals.

We loved our stay! We have 2 kids under 3 years old and we all had a lovely stay. Petra’s house is as outfitted for families as listed. Lots of toys, easy to find baby stuff, and just a great vibe. Super cool house too! 10/10 stay!

This is an amazing place to stay with a beautiful and relaxing view of the lake. We love that we had access to the kayaks as we went on an adventure to Valcour Island, a place that’s only accessible by boat! The tiny home was perfect for my husband and I and the 3 nights we stayed there. Definitely recommend it! We would stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

Stephanie’s majestic mushroom cabin was the highlight of our big Canadian adventure. The carpentry work of the cabin is magnificent and cozy, you almost feel like you’re staying in a modernized Hobbit House. The home is rustic but not as much as others have described in their reviews, it is a relaxing and refreshing type of off-grid. Stephanie does a great job outlining the off-grid amenities, such as the bathroom, sauna and shower. Although we came in the winter and were unable to use the shower, walking to the bathroom amidst the snow was like a winter wonderland dream. The next time we return to Canada we would love to experience the mushroom cabin in the Spring or Summer as Stephanie has many nature-oriented activities for the outside that were still visible in the snow and looked exciting. We thank you so much Stephanie for providing us with a beautiful accommodation for our 9 year anniversary. ❤️

My friend & I enjoyed hiking Owls Head Mtn trail, had one spectacular night of star gazing from the hot tub, & loved sitting inside in the recliners looking at the fire in the little fireplace and out the huge windows. Easy to imagine returning to this Tiny Cabin!

Me and my girlfriend had stayed here for a week and it was very peaceful and a beautiful place to stay, felt right at home! Sergjio was very nice and helpful during our stay as well. 100% would stay here again!

The Villa was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend & I & our 2 children. Our experience exceeded our expectations & created beautiful memories. The view was absolutely stunning of the lake, trees & mountains. This home was a new built, the furniture & appliances were very upscale & modernistic. The hosts paid attention to fine detail & convenience of the amenities offered. The hosts even had a Christmas tree in the living room! I would highly recommend the Villa to anyone that is looking for a romantic getaway or even a family vacation.

This was me second time at Hulette's Hideaway and I will definitely be back at least once a year. I can't get over the brilliant design of this tiny home. the use of space is so efficient that I could see myself lliving here long term and wish I could! With an efficient space-heater, cozy blankets warm running water a full kitchen and a screened in garage door, you have protection from the elements and the comforts of home while feelings immersed in and connected to the beautiful natural wooded surroundings. The electric convection cook tops are so efficient that cooking meals was easier than when I'm at home! I enjoyed long hours by the fire pit, invigorating outdoor showers and peaceful sleep. The nearby trail to Black Mountin Summit provided the most breathe-taking panoramic mountain and lake views I've ever seen. With other trail options 1.5 miles from the cabin, lake george within walking distance and a few great antique shops a few towns away I will definitely visit again!

We loved our stay at the little cottage! Rachel was an incredible host, offering recommendations, accommodations and even offered us to stay a few extra nights! The space is beautiful, clean and cozy inside and offers incredible views right outside the door. The drive in and out is gorgeous as well. It snowed for most of our stay and Rachel and Cisco made sure the drive was plowed and our walkway was clear. I would definitely recommend AWD and very good tires like the listing states as the driveway is pretty steep to get to the cottage! Would love to come back and may come back in a different season to see the garden in its full effect!

I booked a last minute stay and wish I could have stayed for more than one night. Mary Beth’s place is so wonderful. My dog and I had a cozy stay and he had the greatest time running around the snow covered grounds. There’s so much space on the property and beautiful surroundings. The bathroom was so well done and spacious! I hope I’m able to return in the summer and experience the site with other guests. In the winter you have this place all to yourself which is peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. Mary Beth was extremely responsive and helped me navigate finding green acres. Really recommend this one!

Jess and Marvin's cabin is truly a hidden gem - the cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway from the city and our dog loved it too! They supplied everything you could need including firewood and fire starters available to make it the perfect experience all around -they even brought a dog bed for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This was the perfect place to crash for the weekend while we explored the Adirondacks. We will most definitely be back since the location is convenient and we visit the ADK so often. Can’t wait for our next stay!

We had a very cosy and peaceful stay at Jillian’s cabin in December. Despite the cold outside it was lovely and toasty inside, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was conveniently located in a quiet and pretty setting, which was magical in the snow! The family were very welcoming and helped us out with the snowy conditions. It really is the most beautiful cabin! The stream is so very lovely and the hosts are so nice and friendly! The bed is super comfy and the little heater that is provided is perfect for cooler weather. The shower is just amazing. The whole place is so beautiful and the perfect spot to rest! My wife, two year old, two dogs, and myself stayed at this beautiful property for our anniversary. It was an easy choice for us as they were able to accommodate our two pups which was important to us. Something that also appealed to us was the playground, which was a few feet away from our cabin. This all made it so easy for us with a toddler and two dogs to vacation with ease. Our host were incredibly friendly and very open to helping us if we were to have any issues or concerns, which we did not because the stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to families or people with pets. Our toddler was very found of the lively and very sweet donkey. Thank you so much for hosting us. :)

Cannot say enough about Matt. We had a simple request upon check in that not was it taken care but we were taken care of well above what was needed. Extremely quick responses to any questions we had, just felt like he really cared. As far as the property, I will sum it up as breathtaking. Driving around on the evening on the golf cart provided was amazing. All the little walking paths off the main trails kept us busy for hours. This was my wife's first time camping in any capacity and can say you helped make her a fan not too mention our 5 year anniversary! We 100% will back this fall to try one of the other accommodations if not sooner! Thank you for a wonderful experience and for beautiful memories we made!
