The location near the beach and city was great! The size was absolutely sufficient for us as a family of four and we also got along well with the equipment. Glad to come back!!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

I had a great week in this beautiful apartment. The property is cozy, well furnished and very clean. The location is perfect, convenient to easily reach the city's main points of interest. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. The spaces are well cared for and the apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The experience was absolutely positive and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay. A really pleasant stay that I would certainly repeat!”

I had an extraordinary amazing experience. Ilaria and Egidio are awesome! Super friendly, kindly, peaceful people. You can count on them with anything you may need. The house is super well organised and clean. It’s a very great, lovely atmosphere with a beautiful view plus you can also see the ocean from there. They recommended you places to go and give you some ideas in what you can do during the day/night. Anywhere in the nature you will find mosquitos + there you can also find citronella plant and will keep it away {it really works}. They also speak Portuguese and that made it even more special. I could live there… It’s a place to reconnect with yourself! I will definitely gonna come back!! xxx

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.

Wonderful house in silence, with nature. Manuela greeted us warmly and warmly. We were always available and our kids played friendly together. We were treated to delicious muffins and fruit from the garden, it was delicious and cute. Every morning we woke up with a beautiful view and felt happy. We will be happy to come back.
