Lovely apartment, exactly as described in the listing. Very comfy and lovely and warm, especially when we had a storm hit! Great location, within walking distance of the centre and all it's attractions. Had really good communication with the hosts, and was very grateful that they let us check in early. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment with paid parking right outside. Only £10.50 for 24 hours, and only a 10 minute walk to all the attractions. Perfect little find !

Paul was a fantastic host! He provided clear and informative instructions for parking and accessing the accommodation, which made our stay seamless. The flat was spotless, tidy, and perfectly suited to our needs during the 3-day conference at the convention center. Immaculate property which had everything we needed. The welcome treats were very much appreciated. The showers were amazing. Secure parking was a bonus. The location was excellent just a 20 minute stroll to the centre of town although there are many bars and restaurants on route. We had a fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend.

This place is lovely and cosy, close enough to all restaurants and bars that you could possibly need. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions, instructions were very clear and concise. Enjoyed staying here and would absolutely stay here again in the future

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was well-appointed, and warm and cosy.The area felt safe, and it was within walking distance to City centre shops (10 mins). Found a lovely tapas restaurant just down the road which is well worth a visit.

Stayed here several times as a group of friends. Joanne is always so helpful and welcoming. We have a great time catching up, brilliant for socialising in the open plan lounge. It’s clean and well equipped and only 15 minutes into Leeds city centre for lots of shopping! We will be back again next year.

We had a lovely christmas break staying at Dawn's house. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre of York and 5 minutes away from the train station. Dawn was a great host and provided accurate instructions to assist us on arrival. The house is beautifully laid out and was spotless. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was a lovely place to stay, host was helpful and was really close to the town. Also nice little extras like coffee, tea, milk, chocolate, crisps and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Would recommend staying here.

A really nice house in a great location. Lovely comfortable beds, plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 dogs! Will use again.

We had a lovely stay at Sage Cottage, was a perfect location around 10 minute drive into the centre of York, the cottage was clean and the scones were a lovely touch, would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful time at Ashley’s place. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a nice night at Richard’s. He wanted to know arrival time to show us in and around but was flexible. Flat was clean and nicely furnished with a plentiful supply of book and a couple of puzzles too. There’s no TV on the property but this wasn’t a problem for us. The only thing I would have changed was to have bigger towels- everything else was perfect for our stay.

Great couple of days in a fabulous apartment in the centre of Malton . Immaculate throughout the apartment had everything we needed. So central to everything. Diane was helpful and incredibly friendly Great milk, tea and coffee already there , which was all we needed as we are out all the time . We visited around Christmas and the the apartment was really pretty with lights, tree and little decorations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we will definitely book again.

So many good things to say about this one. The parking is really convenient, location is amazing, the room is really clean with good shower, well heated. Really good hosts and the fresh coffee was a nice touch. Thanks for the stay!

This was our second visit! The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. An ideal location with secure parking - easily to walk to places of interest, restaurants etc in York. Thanks to Amanda for the warm welcome. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great apartment at a good price and located just outside the city walls. Quiet despite being on a busy road thanks to the double glazing. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfy. Fully recommend this place if you’re visiting York.
