Places to stay in Abita Springs

Listing is very accurate. The house is comfortable, spotless clean, well appointed. Walking ( 1/2 mile or so) distance to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Backyard very inviting, pleasant to relax. Beds so very comfortable. Kitchen, bright and had all amenities you might need. Both a drip coffee machine and a Keurig machine are in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. The welcome snacks of fresh strawberries and cake were a nice touch and appreciated.

Stayed with 2 kids and our dog. House was perfect for our family. Back yard was very nice and convenient for our dog. Very close to everything to do in Mandeville. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful place to “get away” from the hustle of life. Daily walks in pure solitude while enjoying the winter season in the tall pines! Easy to enjoy day trips to New Orleans and many local things to do as well! Wed love to come back again! Bill and Karen are such gracious hosts and fun to be with!

Wonderful clean place. Very peaceful and it was the perfect place to get some silence. Driveway parking is great. Would recommend it to anyone to stay.

if you like camping, but you want running water a toilet and a shower and a comfortable bed. This is a place for you. You’re still going to be bothered by your regular pest that you would have outside but not nearly as much and there is Internet, but it’s out in the country so I hope you would enjoy the surroundings instead of trying to be online!

Within walking distance of many restaurants and the lakefront, cozy.

We had a very nice stay; the house and grounds were immaculate, and as shown. They had two outdoor dining tables which are great for outdoor dining, four lounge chaises, and four Adirondack chairs. We enjoyed being outside on the pool deck in the afternoon after a day of touring. The pool was cold as expected, although, I know the hosts are planning a pool heater in the near future. The inside of the home was very cozy and welcoming, but still quite spacious. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Great stay! Thanks again!

Great location - close to downtown, restaurants, parks, university, churches, etc. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Tasha was a responsive and friendly host. Spent lots of time on the large front porch enjoying the spring weather. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This was a very great place to stay. The backyard was peaceful, and a beautiful scenery. I also want to add that the view of stars at night above the water is an absolute sight to see on a clear night. Thank you for an amazing time and great experience.

Loved this place! I’m an Airbnb host so I’m shamefully picky about places. This place was terrific. Love that there were different pillows in the closet so you could find the one you like best, there’s coffee, creamer, and sugar, and we really enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck. Great location close to the water. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The River House is very clean and well appointed. Luke was a great host, very kind and accommodating.

We had a great stay at Jayson's home. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. The layout of the house is very functional, and the deck was a great place to relax and socialize. It was so close to our planned activities. We were there for riding bikes on St. Tammany Trace and a jazz concert at the Dew Drop Jazz & Social Hall. Jayson's house is very close to the trail and is a 5–10-minute bike ride to Dew Drop.

Tina’s place was perfect. It was clean and cozy. I was a little nervous because we had gotten an air bnb a month prior in the same area and it was not that great, but this place was wonderful.

Our family of 5 adults loved our stay at Yancy's sweet home. Clean as a whistle, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Easy in and out. We hope to return!
