Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator. In the room there is a large bed for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and Wi-Fi You will stay directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. Hallo, meine Ferienwohnungen sind 2019 sehr hochwertig saniert und 2025 liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Sie liegen nur 250 m von der Reha-Klinik entfernt. Die Wohnungen sind sehr zentral gelegen und nach 100 m erreichen Sie die Touristeninformation. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Golfen, Radfahren, und zahlreichen anderen Aktivitäten ein. Besuchen Sie beispielsweise das Kloster Neresheim oder erleben Sie eine gemütliche Fahrt mit der Bimmelbahn.

Fantastic apartment with 66m² for rent in the middle of Neu-Ulm an der Donau. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be extended to a 2m x 1m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

Unique underground apartment

The apartment in the basement has been completely renovated. The large loft-style living/study and bedroom is tastefully furnished. A wardrobe separates the living/work area from the sleeping area. The cozy sofa bed can also be used as a sleeping area. A new smart TV completes the living area. The kitchen is spacious and includes a fridge with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher and ceramic hob. The bathroom has a large shower, heated towel rail and WC.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

There is a separate kitchen with all the accessories and a newly renovated bathroom. You will occupy the entire property and have an extra entrance. The apartment is equipped with all the things you need for your stay, such as Wi-Fi, towels and linens. A crib is available if needed. Contactless check-in via door code.

If you are looking for peace in the city, this is the place to be! As a guest, you are right in the city, on the highway or on the Wertach with lots of greenery. Wonderful retreat oasis with kitchen, balcony, TV incl. Netflix, king-size bed and pull-out couch for a third person. A bakery is around the corner. The apartment is ideal for two people.
